| Since the reform and opening up,China’s industrial economy has achieved rapid development,industry as a pillar industry in the national economy,has a huge impact on China’s economic development.However,with the acceleration of industrialization,the problems of resource depletion,environmental pollution and ecological imbalance brought by the crude and expansive industrial development model are becoming increasingly serious,which seriously restrict the high-quality development of China’s industry.In order to achieve coordinated and sustainable development of economy,resources and environment,China has formulated and implemented a development strategy with"ecological priority and green development"as the core concept.Yunnan province is the key province of China’s western development strategy,as well as the gateway to Southeast Asia and South Asia.In recent years,Yunnan province has achieved rapid economic development in all aspects,but as a traditional industrial province in the less developed area of southwest China,there are still some problems in the industrial development,such as low industrial structure,heavy industrial structure and serious pollution.When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Yunnan in January 2020,he stressed that Yunnan should pay more attention to the protection of the ecological environment while promoting economic development and make new progress in the construction of ecological civilization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the industrial ecological efficiency and its influencing factors in Yunnan Province to promote ecological civilization construction and achieve targeted poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.In this paper,16 cities and cities in Yunnan Province are taken as the research object,and the input-output index system is constructed from the three aspects of resource input,economic output and environmental pollution.Then,the super-efficiency DEA-SBM model is used to measure and analyze the industrial ecological efficiency level of 16 cities and 6 regions in Yunnan Province from the static perspective from 2006 to 2019.Malmquist index model was used to analyze the dynamic trend of industrial eco-efficiency.Then,seven influencing factors including economic development level,industrial structure,technological level,opening-up level,industrial agglomeration,environmental regulation and urbanization level were selected.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of influencing factors on industrial eco-efficiency,the panel Tobit model was used to conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of industrial eco-efficiency.Finally,according to the measurement results of industrial ecological efficiency and the empirical analysis results of influencing factors,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the industrial ecological efficiency in Yunnan Province are put forward.The results show that:(1)the overall level of industrial eco-efficiency in yunnan province is low and fluctuates greatly during the study period.(2)At the regional level,the industrial eco-efficiency in Northeast and Central Yunnan is relatively high,while that in Southwest and Southeast Yunnan is relatively low.(3)From the level of state and city,the industrial ecological efficiency of 16 states showed a trend of polarization.The industrial ecological efficiency of 4 states,such as Diqing,Dali,Yuxi and Zhaotong,reached the effective level,while the value of the industrial ecological efficiency of the remaining 12 states was less than 1,which did not reach the effective level.(4)Through the input and output redundancy analysis,from the point of integral redundancy change in Yunnan province,industry professionals and industrial water of the two input index redundancy is larger,industrial wastewater and SO2both output indicators of high redundancy,high input and the expected output redundancy is the main reason of low efficiency of industrial ecology in Yunnan province.In 2019,among the five cities with industrial ecological efficiency less than 1,Nujiang has the highest redundancy of input and undesired output,followed by Dehong,and Honghe has a relatively low redundancy of input and undesired output.(5)Through the decomposition of the Malmquist index,it was found that the ML index of industrial eco-efficiency in Yunnan province rose due to the two-way drive of technological progress and technological efficiency,and technological progress was the main reason to promote the improvement of industrial eco-efficiency.In addition,the ML index of Nujiang prefecture is lower less than 1,indicating that the overall development of all the cities is relatively good.(6)The seven selected factors have significant differences in the degree of impact on the industrial eco-efficiency in Yunnan Province.The level of economic development,industrial structure and urbanization has a significant positive correlation with the industrial eco-efficiency in Yunnan province,while the level of technology and the degree of opening to the outside world have a significant negative correlation with the industrial eco-efficiency.Industrial agglomeration and environmental regulation have no significant effect on industrial eco-efficiency.Based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the industrial ecological efficiency of Yunnan province:(1)Optimize the industrial structure and improve the level of economic development;(2)Strengthening technological research and development and transformation of scientific and technological achievements;(3)Improve the level of opening up;(4)Rational allocation of resources,strengthen environmental
