| Due to the impact of environmental pollution,resource shortage and population decline,it is urgent to transform the industrial economy from the traditional rough and low-cost industrial development model to a new model of green and innovative development.The report of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee highlighted "green" and "innovation",while the report of the 19 th National Congress once again proposed that innovation is the main force driving growth.To promote the transformation of industrial economy and implement sustainable development strategy,it is necessary to carry out industrial green innovation activities and insist on innovation to realize the transformation of industrial economy.Industrial green innovation efficiency is based on the development of efficiency theory and sustainable development theory,based on which the economic performance evaluation of green innovation process is carried out,so as to effectively measure green innovation activities.This paper also synthesizes regional innovation theory,and in this research context,this paper divides 30 Chinese provinces into three major regions,measures the inter-industrial green innovation efficiency and explores the differences,and finally explores its influencing factors,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions based on the measured results to identify the problems.First,this paper selects the panel data of 30 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020 as the sample(due to the large amount of missing data from Tibet,this autonomous region is excluded from this paper),and chooses the non-expectation Super-SBM model and Malmquist-Luenberge index model to measure the industrial green innovation efficiency of 30 Chinese provinces from the static cross-sectional and dynamic time series perspectives and the calendar year The trends of industrial green innovation in 30 Chinese provinces were measured from static cross-sectional and dynamic time series perspectives.Then,the Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition method and the Kernel density estimation method are used to study the regional differences in industrial green innovation efficiency of the whole country and the three regions respectively.Finally,the Tobit regression model is used to analyze the factors affecting the industrial green innovation efficiency of the whole country and the three regions.The research results show that the overall level of industrial green innovation among30 provinces in China is relatively stable and has an overall increasing trend,reaching the highest value of 0.87 of the mean in 2019,and the industrial green innovation efficiency shows a significant spatial non-equilibrium from the perspective of the three major regions and the national variability,and the industrial green innovation efficiency in the central and western regions has a certain gap with the mean value in the eastern region and the nation,but the gap The differences between the central and western regions and the eastern region and the national average are somewhat different,but the differences tend to narrow.Decomposing their industrial green innovation efficiency reveals that the stagnation of technological progress inhibits the improvement of industrial green technology innovation efficiency.The analysis of Gini coefficient and kernel density reveals that the overall national Gini coefficient is improving,and the inter-regional differences between central and eastern regions,western and eastern regions,and western and central regions are smaller and on a narrowing trend.Environmental regulation and foreign investment dependence play a suppressive role on industrial green innovation efficiency,while government intervention,technology market maturity,industrial structure,and economic development level have significant positive effects on industrial green innovation efficiency.The level of economic development,environmental regulation and foreign capital dependence show regional heterogeneity on the efficiency of industrial green innovation.Combining the above analysis findings,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve industrial green innovation efficiency from the perspectives of comprehensively improving industrial green innovation efficiency in the country as a whole and in the three regions and promoting regional integrated and coordinated development.Figure 8 Table 13 Reference 65... |
