Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Ecological Product Supply Efficiency In Western Chin

Since the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has changed the mode of economic development,strengthened the construction of ecological civilization,and moved towards high-quality economic development.However,insufficient supply of ecological products is still a prominent "short board" of social development.The western region is an important ecological functional area and high-quality ecological product supply area in China.The diversified ecological environment and unique resource endowment advantages coincide with the people’s demand for beautiful ecological environment elements at this stage,and it has the advantage of late development.It is of great significance to improve the supply efficiency of ecological products in the area and improve people’s well-being.This paper focuses on the supply efficiency of ecological products in western China,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of regional ecological product supply on the basis of scientific definition of the concept of ecological products.By improving and determining the input-output index system and using the super efficiency SBM model to calculate the supply efficiency of ecological products in western provinces and cities from 2007 to 2020,and combining with the Malmquist index to explore the space-time evolution of regional efficiency level;Moran index was used for spatial autocorrelation analysis,and regional difference analysis was conducted by calculating coefficient of variation,Theil index and Gini coefficient;The Tobit model is used to explore the influencing factors of the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region,and finally the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region are put forward.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2007 to 2020,the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region showed a trend of first declining and then rising,and the efficiency improved after 2015.The advantages of the western region as a national ecological product supply area gradually highlighted.According to the average value of supply efficiency,11 provinces and cities in the west are divided into three models: high efficiency(Inner Mongolia,Qinghai,Yunnan),medium efficiency(Guangxi,Xinjiang,Ningxia,Guizhou)and low efficiency(Gansu,Chongqing,Sichuan,Shaanxi).(2)During the study period,the average annual growth rate of Malmquist index of the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region was-5%,showing a downward trend.Except the average annual growth rate of scale efficiency was positive,other efficiency was declining.Scale efficiency is the main driving force to improve the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region.In terms of regions,the Malmquist index of the supply efficiency of ecological products in western provinces is quite different.(3)By calculating the global Moran’s I index and the local Moran’s I index,it is found that there is no obvious spatial autocorrelation between 2007 and 2020 in the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region.The supply efficiency of ecological products in various provinces and cities is randomly distributed,and there is no agglomeration effect.The coefficient of variation shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the Theil index and Gini coefficient both rise slightly.(4)Through Tobit’s econometric regression analysis,it is found that economic development,urbanization,energy consumption and population density will have a significant impact on the supply efficiency of ecological products in the western region.Urbanization has a positive effect on supply efficiency,while economic development,energy consumption and population density have a negative effect.The industrial structure and the degree of opening to the outside world have not passed the significance test,indicating that the role of the two in improving the supply efficiency of ecological products has not yet emerged.
