Science and technology are the primary productive forces of enterprises.As the backbone of enterprises,young talents have absolute control over the development of innovative science and technology of enterprises and play a vital role in the operation and development of enterprises.Therefore,the steady development of enterprises is inseparable from the careful training of young talents.As a high-tech enterprise,Enterprise A is mainly engaged in the R&D,production and operation of veterinary biological products and preparations.In the current environment full of fierce competition,if the subsequent development wants to gain absolute advantage in the competition of the same industry,it must be in a leading position in R&D and production technology.As the promoters of enterprise science and technology,young talents play an absolute leading role in enterprise R&D and production technology.Their technical level will directly affect the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the cultivation of young talents in the enterprise and study a set of enterprise specific talent cultivation mechanism for the development of enterprise A.This paper focuses on the cultivation of young talents in Enterprise A,and fully understands the current situation of the cultivation of young talents in Enterprise A through questionnaires,in-depth interviews,etc.First,it analyzes the problems in the cultivation of young talents,such as incomplete content,imperfect system,imperfect mechanism,and weak cultural atmosphere.Secondly,to summarize and categorize the problems of the enterprise,and to use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,competency models and career development theories in conjunction with relevant literature research,and put forward to enrich and improve the enterprise’s current youth talent training content,training system,training mechanism and enterprise culture construction and other specific measures;Finally,In order to explore the realizable path to improve the training effect of young talents in enterprises,this paper actively explores and improves the training mode of young talents in combination with the development needs of enterprise A,which provides a theoretical guarantee for enterprises to improve the training effect of young talents and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and also provides a reference for the training of young talents in biomedical enterprises under the mixed operation mode. |
