With the development of economic globalization,more and more enterprises have entered an era of cross regional and large-scale development.Traditional human resource management models are no longer able to meet the development needs of enterprises.Enterprises need to actively transform and self innovate in order to effectively drive future business growth.Z Company’s business is in a period of explosive expansion,and the human resource management model is still dominated by traditional functional models.Efficiency has not been improved,but costs are constantly increasing.The enterprise gradually realizes that the reform of the human resource management model is imperative.This article takes the large-scale steel internet enterprise Z Company as the research background,and based on relevant literature research at home and abroad,adopts research methods such as interview and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the current situation of human resource management in Z Company,in order to determine the existing human resource management problems in Z Company,and analyze the causes of the problems,namely the mismatch between human resource planning and strategy The linkage between the human resource management department and the business department is not close,and the construction of human resource informatization needs to be strengthened.In this regard,the necessity and feasibility of Z Company’s transformation into the "three pillar" management model are analyzed,and a restructuring of the human resources management structure is proposed.A construction plan for the Human Resources Expert Center(COE),Business Partner Team(HRBP),and Shared Service Center(SSC)is designed,and the linkage between the three pillars and the implementation and application of Z Company’s three pillar model are proposed.Further analysis was conducted on the challenges that Z Company may face in talent selection caused by organizational structure adjustments in the application of the three pillar model,the challenges of traditional management models on transformation effectiveness,and the challenges of integrating human resource management processes and technologies.Transformation strategies were proposed to establish a mechanism for cultivating human resource experts,transform human resource management concepts,and strengthen the informationization construction of human resource management.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the three pillar model,measures such as organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,talent guarantee,and cultural guarantee have been proposed.This article focuses on the research of human resource management based on the three pillar model.On the one hand,it proposes positive transformation and practical solutions for the current problems in human resource management of Z Company;On the other hand,it is hoped that this study can provide case references for the application of the three pillar model in human resource management of steel internet enterprises.
