In view of the future of oil enterprises,the construction of enterprise youth talent team is particularly important as a strategic resource reserve.Only by playing the initiative,creativity and initiative of the young employees can promote the sustainable development of the enterprises.As the most important link and means in the construction of young talent team,the career management of young employees is the most important link in the research of young employees' career management.There are still many problems in the human resource management of the B oil production plant.The career management of the young employees is also in the primary stage.It is unable to meet the needs of the development of the oil production plant.For the large and old state-owned enterprise of the B oil production plant,the reform is imperative.This article mainly studies the career management of the young employees of the Daqing Oil Field Co B oil production plant.First,it clarifies the background,purpose and significance of this study.Secondly,the related theories of career management are clarified on the basis of the concept,content and classification of career management.When discussing the general situation of B oil production plant,this paper makes an overall analysis and Discussion on the staff of the factory,especially from five aspects of sex,education,age and working age,and summarizes the problems of the career management of the young employees in this factory.There are many problems,such as poor career development channel,inadequate matching of man and post,old training form,lack of correct career development concept for young employees,lag of career management work of young employees,curing of incentive mechanism and so on.According to the existing problems,it puts forward the strategy of perfecting the diversified career development channel,perfecting the matching system of the young employees,enriching the training and diversifying,erecting the correct career development concept of the young employees,enriching and perfecting the career management of the young employees,and perfecting the incentive mechanism system,etc.So as to enhance the level of career management of young workers in the factory.
