Young employees are the new force for the development of the enterprise.The innovative ideas and competitive awareness that young employees are born with can bring endless vitality to the enterprise.Competition is everywhere,and benign competition can stimulate the potential of individuals,promote individuals to keep forging ahead and constantly surpass,and make individuals in an advantageous position in the tide of the times;At the same time,for the collective,enterprises and even the country,a good competitive situation will help to promote organizational change to adapt to the changing development situation,stimulate innovation vitality,create a good and harmonious atmosphere,and promote substantial progress and development.However,if the competition goes beyond the reasonable limit,tends to vicious competition,and evolves into internal consumption,then the competition at this time will lose its positive significance and become involution,which will inevitably hinder innovation,that is,a state of no development and stagnation caused by disorderly and bad competition,which will have a negative impact on the enterprise.In 2020,the word "involution" swept the list of popular words on the Internet.Once it was spread,it aroused a high degree of recognition among students and enterprise employees.It immediately became a popular "fashionable" word and penetrated into daily life.With the increasing popularity,it has even become the "Top Ten Popular Words in 2020" released by the editorial department of Bite Words.More and more people begin to talk about involution,but few people clearly explain what is involution.This thesis aims to understand the young employees’ understanding of career development involution and their job satisfaction through field research.Taking the young employees of WK Company as the research object,and using the grounded theory of qualitative research methods,this thesis studies the career development involution among the young employees of WK Company at present,and constructs a theoretical model of the career development involution among the young employees of WK Company from the three dimensions of internal consumption,disorder and closure,It also analyzes and explains the connotation characteristics and internal relations of the theoretical model,explores the individual factors,organizational factors and environmental factors that lead to the career development involution of WK’s young employees,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research in this thesis has profound and long-term significance for correctly understanding and analyzing young employees,a professional group with distinctive characteristics,and applying it in organizational management and development.It is expected to provide guidance and support for WK to solve the problem of career development involution of young employees and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.We should guide the public to understand the meaning and social impact of internal career development involution more clearly,provide a reasonable view of competition,establish a correct professional and employment view of young employees in the contemporary workplace,avoid the negative impact caused by internal friction of employees,and guide the development of career development "involution" to "internal order" of current young employees.
