Based on the project human resource management theory,through analysis the current situation and problems of human resource management of S company project,with the questionnaire,matrix management tool,we put forward improvement measures and safeguard measures of the project human resource management,to explore the human resource management mode in construction projects,which has important research value.First of all,S company's project human resources management status and problems were analyzed.This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in raw material storehouse project from the aspects of raw material warehouse project,project human resource structure,project human resource management satisfaction,etc.Secondly,we make the improvement strategy of human resource management of this project.It is mainly reflected in the border project organization management;staff recruitment based on competency model;focus on people and post matching principle;develop a comprehensive evaluation system;comprehensive use of material and spiritual incentives to encourage staff.Which can greatly improve the efficiency of human resource management.Finally,we put forward some measures to ensure the improvement human resource management,mainly from the renewal of management concept of human resources,pay attention to the human resources development,scientific development of human resources planning,improve project communication mechanism and project culture of construction.We hope that the proposed can effectively promote the development of human resources management and make greater contribution to the development of S company.
