With the advent of the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy,in addition to the development opportunity for the construction industry,one of the pillar industries of the national economy,it will also lead to fundamental changes in the construction industry.That human resources are one of the most important resources of the enterprise has become a consensus.How to implement scientific and effective human resource management within the enterprise has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to develop and maintain their own advantages or main position.Taking Z petroleum construction company as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,investigation research,the combination of empirical research and theoretical analysis,and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation,basic experience and existing problems of Z oil construction company's human resources management,this paper systematically puts forward the countermeasures and measures of human resource management in the company,including the optimization design of the recruitment configuration system,the establishment of the whole performance appraisal system,the establishment of the incentive mechanism of the company,and the promotion the quality of human resources managers,the improvement of staff training system,the establishment of career planning,etc.
