Study On Quality And Safety Supervision Of Imported Mineral Products At Ganqimaodu Port In Inner Mongolia

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development”“Expand foreign trade,Cultivate the new pattern of trade new forms,Promoting the construction of trading powers”.As the largest land port of import mineral products in China,Ganqimaodu port own Mongolia’s rich mineral resources market,but facing more opportunities and challenges at the same time.Although the quantity and weight of imported mineral products at Ganqimaodu port increase year by year,the downward pressure on quality and safety has increased.The quality and safety supervision mode and ability of imported mineral products lag behind the economic development.Based on this,this thesis studies from the perspective of public management import commodity quality safety supervising actuality and problems.The basic ideas and concrete countermeasures for improving the quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products at Ganqimaodu port are put forward.This thesis discusses the reason and research significance of the topic,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,expounds the research content and methods,and points out the innovation and disadvantages.Investigated the basic situation,import and export mineral products category,number and weight,total trade of the port.The status of import mineral products enterprises is introduced,and the status of quality and safety supervision of import mineral products is analyzed,and the achievements of quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products are summarized.This thesis analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the supervision mode,supervision ability,coordination mechanism,supervision process and social governance in the current supervision of mineral product quality and safety.The reasons for the problems of quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products at Ganqimaodu port were studied.This thesis analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of ideological understanding,institutional system,mechanism operation,legal construction,supervision and evaluation and enterprise responsibility.To explore the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products.Proposing the idea to improve the quality of imported minerals safety regulation knowledge,to improve the oversight system for imported commodity quality safety mechanism,strengthen the supervision of import commodity quality and safety of the rule of law construction,build the import commodity quality and safety supervision system,the innovation way of import commodity quality and safety supervision and advance the countermeasures and suggest the import commodity quality and safety supervision of social governance.
