The present study was performed to investigate the nutritive quality of different imported soybean and relative products.It provides the reference on the practical choices and the application process on soybean and relative products.This thesis includes two sections.Test 1.The determination of nutrient composition of different imported soybean and relative products.Four groups imported soybean were used for this trial,namely US Gulf beans,west-American beans,Brazil and Uruguay beans,each containing five kinds of products,namely soybean hulls,bean kernel,extruded soybean kernel,dehulled soybean meal and 43%soybean meal.Six samples of each product were randomly collected and stored for analysis.The nutrition components of the soybean and products include moisture,protein,ether extract,fiber and ash.The result showed that the moisture,crude fat and crude protein content of west-American soybean were lower than other three imported soybean(P<0.05),For soybean products,the moisture of the bean kernel from west-America soybean was the lowest(P<0.05).The moisture of the extruded soybean from west-America soybean was lower than Uruguay soybean(P<0.05).The crude protein contents of extruded soybean and dehulled soybean meal from west-America were lower than those from US Gulf and Brazil(P<0.05).The ether extract content of Brazil soybean was higher than other three groups(P<0.05).For soybean products,the crude fiber contents of soybean hulls,soybean kernel,extruded soybean from Brazil soybeans were higher than other three groups(P<0.05).The ether extract content of soybean kernel from Brazil soybeans was higher than other three groups(P<0.05).The crude protein contents of dehulled soybean meal and 43%soybean meal from Brazil soybeans were significant higher than other(P<0.05).The glycine,alanine,methionine and leucine of 43%soybean meal from Brazil soybean higher than Uruguay soybean(P<0.05),the threoine,valine and isoleucine of 43%soybean meal from Brazil soybean also higher than Uruguay soybean(P<0.01)Test 2.The determination of urease activity(UA)and protein solubility of different imported soybean and relative products.The trail groups were same as test 1.The results showed that the protein solubility of Brazil soybeans was higher than other three groups(P<0.05).For soybean products,the protein solubility of extruded soybean from Brazil soybean was the lowest(P<0.05).The UA of extruded soybean,dehulled soybean meal and 43%soybean meal from Brazil soybean was also lower than those from Uruguay soybean(P<0.05)..We concluded that for four imported soybean:The moisture content of the west-American soybean and relative products was lower,it's convenient for storage,but the nutritional quality was poorer.However,the overall nutritional quality of Brazilian soybean and their products is the greatest among the four imported soybean.
