| In 2013,Chairman Xi Jinping put forward the idea of " The Belt and Road Initiative" after great economic development,in 2014,after the meeting between China,Mongolia and Russia,Mongolia and Russia responded positively,Jointly build China Mongolia Russia economic corridor,make full use of their respective advantages to strengthen cooperation in energy,transportation,tourism,disaster reduction and relief.As an important part of China Mongolia economic cooperation,Hohhot customs is facing more opportunities as well as greater challenges.As an important supervision and management organization of the country’s entry and exit,the customs not only shoulders the important responsibilities of serving the country,opening to the outside world and promoting trade facilitation,but also is an important defense line and key node to protect national security.Hohhot customs,as a key link in China Mongolia Trade,is obviously lagging behind the development of China’s foreign economic and trade at the present stage in the quality and safety supervision ability and supervision means of imported mineral products,and is not fully competent for the responsibilities assigned by the state to a certain extent.Based on this,the author of this paper analyzes the deficiencies of Hohhot Customs in the supervision on the quality and safety of imported mineral products,points out the possible harm caused by the unfavorable supervision,and puts forward the basic ideas and specific countermeasures for optimizing the supervision on the quality and safety of imported mineral products of Hohhot Customs.The article uses the method of literature analysis to explain the content of quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products,analyzes the shortcomings of Hohhot customs in quality and safety supervision.At the same time,the causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects,using the comparative method,we draw on foreign experience and put forward some suggestions.This paper has enriched the relevant theories on the quality and safety supervision in China from the academic perspective,especially the deficiencies in the research on the quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products by Hohhot Customs,which is of great significance for Hohhot Customs to further improve the quality and safety supervision of imported mineral products. |
