Research On Safety Supervision Of Dangerous Goods In Lianyungang Port And Its Countermeasures

In the 21 st century,the country has implemented important development strategies such as the initiative of the East,the rise of the central region,and the development of the western region,requiring Lianyungang Port to vigorously enhance the function of transportation hubs serving the central and western regions.The three productive forces layout of Jiangsu province's revitalization of northern Jiangsu province,coastal development and development along the East longhai sea require lianyungang to take the leading role in regional economic development.A series of development forms closely related to the port management system,such as the continuous economic growth of the hinterland,the expansion of the import and export trade of materials,the accelerated industrialization process,and the reform of the port management system,have put forward new and higher requirements for Lianyungang Port.With the accelerated layout of Lianyungang Lingang industry,Lianyungang Port dangerous cargo handling,storage and transportation business will show a blowout development momentum.Based on thecollaborative governance theory,the responsible government theory,through literature research method and empirical research method,this paper starts from the history,current situation and future development trend of dangerous goods development in Lianyungang Port,and through field studies and visits.Analyze the problems existing in the safe production of dangerous goods in Lianyungang port,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the supervision of dangerous goods in Lianyungang port.First,it introduces the current situation of dangerous goods safety supervision in Lianyungang Port,which mainly covers the basic conditions of Lianyungang Port,the relevant organizational situation,and the relevant measures of security supervision.Second,it introduces the existing problems in the supervision of dangerous goods safety in Lianyungang Port.Including the shortage of personnel,the low level of informatization,the imperfect mechanism of supervision and coordination,and the large number of safety elements to the short plate of the enterprise's business entities,the reasons for the above-mentioned problems were analyzed one by one.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the supervision and control of dangerous goods in Lianyungang Port from the aspects of enhancing the understanding of dangerous goods work,improving infrastructure,resolving weak links and outstanding problems,combating violations and establishing a safeguard mechanism.It provides useful reference for dangerous goods safety supervision in Lianyungang Port.
