Since entering the 21st century,China’s economy has developed rapidly and its comprehensive national power has increased rapidly.As a major infrastructure country,China’s construction industry has also entered a rapid development track and high-rise buildings have emerged all over the country.With the proliferation of high-rise buildings in China,the number and scale of high-rise buildings are getting bigger and bigger,which brings opportunities and at the same time,construction safety accidents of high-rise buildings also happen repeatedly,bringing great challenges to construction safety management.In order to improve the safety of high-rise construction management and help enterprises better control the safety risks in high-rise construction,the factors affecting the construction safety management risk of high-rise buildings are taken as the research object,and the construction safety risk management of ZLf high-rise buildings in Changsha is studied.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of high-rise building construction and several common types of safety accidents in high-rise building construction,21 influencing factors were identified from a large number of relevant literature,and a set of safety risk factors for high-rise building construction management was preliminarily established;secondly,combined with the actual situation of the high-rise building project,through literature research and expert consultation,14 main influencing factors were selected;Thirdly,in order to determine the interaction and importance of the influencing factors,the dematel-ism model is constructed,and the influencing factors are divided into six levels.The correlation between the levels was systematically analyzed,and the four underlying key influencing factors were defined:hazard source control technology,safety technology management scheme,safety accident handling system and equipment safety protection facilities,Then MICMA method was used to divide the types of influencing factors.Finally,the model analysis results were integrated,and the four bottom key influencing factors were used as the guide to propose targeted countermeasures for the safety management risks of high-rise building construction.The research on safety risk management in high-rise construction,using the ZLF high-rise building in Changsha as an example,can to a certain extent provide a reference analysis model for construction safety risk management in other high-rise construction projects.The results of the study can be used as a reference for constructors of high-rise buildings when developing construction plans to improve the safety of construction and avoid safety accidents.
