With the continuous progress of society and the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,urban buildings are gradually developing into high-rise buildings.At present,the development and construction time of high-rise buildings in my country is still short,and the construction experience is not yet rich.Compared with low-rise buildings,high-rise buildings put forward higher requirements for the continuity and construction safety of engineering construction.Compared with low-rise construction projects,it is characterized by greater construction safety risks and more complex processes.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply and comprehensively study and manage the safety risks in the construction process of high-rise buildings,so as to mitigate and avoid construction safety risks.Reduce the impact of risk events during the construction process on the construction and the entire project,and ensure the normal operation of the construction process.This paper combines the characteristics of high-rise building engineering.First of all,under the background of the rapid development of high-rise building construction in high-rise buildings,the research objectives and significance of this paper are expounded.Status of domestic and foreign construction engineering safety management and high-rise building construction safety risk assessment is expounded.Secondly,it summarizes the theory of safety risk assessment in the process of high-rise building construction from three aspects:first,summarize the definition;second,analyze the definition,process,and method of construction safety risk management;third,according to high-level On this basis,the characteristics of the safety risks of high-rise building construction are expounded.In addition,according to the above basic theory,the current situation of safety risk of domestic and foreign engineering projects is analyzed.It details how to identify,assess and deal with the process of high-rise buildings.Taking the W project as the background,brainstorming is used to identify the initial risk to high-rise building safety risks.Determine the types of risks involved,invite experts to analyze the safety risk factors during the construction of high-rise buildings,and create a risk list to lay the foundation for risk assessment calculation indicators.Furthermore,from the five aspects of personnel,equipment and facilities,safety technology,environment,and system,a total of 26 safety risk indicators in the process of high-rise building construction,and a high-rise building construction safety risk management index system are extracted.On this basis,the AHP is used to determine the important weights of each indicator and indicator layer with expert opinions as input variables;use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to combine the indicator weights obtained by the AHP to determine the weights of the W projects.Evaluate and rate the safety risks during the construction of high-rise buildings,refer to the company’s construction safety standards,and determine that the construction safety risks of this project are in compliance with the regulations,and the construction can be started.Finally,the main risks with high impact are selected for analysis,risk response measures are formulated,and a risk management response system is established to ensure the normal development of construction work,in order to provide a reference for future high-rise building construction safety risk management.
