With the development and progress of society,people’s living standards have gradually improved,and the demand for improving the living environment has continued to increase,and more and more buildings have sprung up.In order to reduce the pressure on land resources,the number of high-rise buildings continues to increase.As a symbol of modern civilization,super high-rise buildings are not only conducive to land conservation,but also can demonstrate the comprehensive strength of the country.However,during the construction process,super high-rise buildings have more safety hazards than ordinary buildings,which requires more effective safety management measures to reduce the construction safety risks of super high-rise buildings.Based on this,this paper takes the HF super high-rise building project as the research object,systematically analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of the project construction stage through the method of combining theory and practice,and puts forward risk management suggestions in a targeted manner.The article first introduces the research background,purpose and significance,summarizes the safety status of super high-rise buildings at home and abroad,the status of construction safety risk management and the research status of human error,and analyzes the main safety accident types of super high-rise buildings in recent years.Secondly,based on the construction safety risk management theory and human error theory,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of common risk evaluation methods,the AHP is used to determine the weight of risk indicators,and the gray cluster evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction safety risk of the project.Thirdly,conduct on-the-spot research on HF super high-rise projects to understand the status quo of project construction safety management,analyze the problems existing in safety management work,analyze the safety influencing factors in the project construction process from the perspective of human factors,identify project risk factors,and establish HF project construction Safety risk evaluation index system.Then,build a HF project construction safety risk evaluation model based on the gray clustering evaluation method,and determine the construction safety risk level of the HF project through calculation.Finally,combined with the above research,the safety risk management countermeasures for the HF project are put forward from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,organization and environment,and provide a basis for improving the safety risk management level of the project.This article studies the safety risk management of HF super high-rise building projects from the perspective of human factors,which can help construction companies understand the importance of human factors in construction safety risks,promote the improvement of personnel management systems,and achieve effective control of human errors.It will play a good role in promoting the development of super high-rise buildings in the future.
