Along with the progress of China’s urbanization process,the urban population has increased significantly year by year.In addition,the scarcity of urban land and the emergence of high-rise buildings,which can maximize the use of urban space,significantly reduce land use,centralize various supporting facilities,and save investment.Due to the fact that high-rise buildings are dense buildings with multiple floors,complex design,complex processes,high technical requirements,large quantities,long construction cycles,and high investment,there are a large number of safety risks,and the relationship between them is complex and in the process of dynamic development,which may lead to the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on the above background,this paper combines the theories and methods of safety evaluation and risk management to research on safety evaluation methods for high rise building construction.Through extensive literature research and on-site visits,the current development status and safety management status of high-rise buildings in China have been clarified.Summarize and analyze the existing theories and methods of safety evaluation.Based on the characteristics of high-rise building construction safety and the interrelationships and characteristics of its influencing factors,combined with the selection principles of safety evaluation methods,it is clear to use a combination evaluation model of Network Analytic Hierarchy Process(ANP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)to conduct research on high-rise building construction safety evaluation.Based on the hazard identification theory and method,the high-rise building construction safety hazard is determined,and the high-rise building construction safety evaluation index system including personnel,facilities and equipment,materials,construction methods,safety management and other comprehensive evaluation indicators is constructed.A high-rise building construction safety evaluation model based on the ANP-FCE combination method was constructed.The weights of each evaluation index in the highrise building construction safety evaluation index system were determined using ANP,and the fuzzy evaluation steps and methods of the index were established using FCE.Taking Jintang County Hope Future City high-rise building project as an engineering case,hazard identification was carried out for the high-rise building,and the project evaluation index system was constructed.Combined with Super Decision software,the index weight calculation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the high-rise building were completed based on ANP-FCE combination method.By comparing the evaluation results with the actual safety production of the project,it was found that the evaluation results of each indicator were consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the combination evaluation method based on ANP-FCE is reasonable and applicable in the evaluation of high-rise building construction arrangements,and can be extended to the safety evaluation of similar engineering projects.
