Due to the characteristics of poor working environment and complex procedures, the construction industry always has a high incidence of safety accidents. As the proportion of high-rise projects in the total building scale continues to increase,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the safety risk assessment of high-rise building construction, and to explore a set of simple and practical technical solutions suitable for safety risk assessment during the construction phase. In this paper, the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings is taken as the research subject, and the evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects, including human, objects, management, technology and environment, through fault tree analysis and other methods; Then, with analyzing the influence relationship between them,a network hierarchy model is established to calculate the weight of indicators; Finally, the evaluation results are obtained by introducing calculation weights and expert scores through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper takes the high-rise building of Project A as an example to verify the practicability of the evaluation method, analyzes the evaluation results, and gives countermeasures and suggestions. The results of the research are as follows.Management, human and technical factors account for the largest proportion in the five first-level indicators;Among management factors, safety inspection, safety responsibility system and safety education account for a large proportion;Professional level and safety awareness have a large proportion in human factors, and professional level ranks first in the overall weight ranking of secondary indicators;Among the technical factors, the special construction scheme and safety disclosure account for a large proportion;Among the environmental factors, the natural environment and site layout have a large weight; The weight of warning signs is relatively large among the factors of objects; On the whole, the construction safety risk level of Project A is "relatively low",which does not reach the ideal state of "low";In the first-level indicators, the risk level of material factors is "low",but the risk levels of others are "relatively low";The risk level of safety awareness, professional standards and physical fitness among human factors is "relatively low",and measures should be taken; In terms of material factors, the risk level of safety protection facilities is "general",which can be improved to further improve the safety level of objects;Among the technology factors, the risk level of the special construction plan is "general",having a large room for improvement, besides, the risk level of the process and equipment selection indicators is "relatively low",which should be improved; In the management factors, the risk level of safety accountability, safety education and safety inspection is "relatively low",and measures should be taken; In environmental factors, the risk level of natural environment indicators is "relatively high",that should be paid attention to,in addition, the operating platform environment and site layout indicators have not reached the "low" level which should be improved. In this paper, the influence relationship between factors is considered, which makes up for the shortcomings of taking high-rise building construction safety risk assessment indicators as independent research. This study points out the direction for the construction safety management of Project A,which has a good role in promoting the reduction of the accident rate during the construction process, and can also provide a reference model for other construction safety risk management and control work.
