With the gradual acceleration of the country’s step towards a modern and powerful country,the number of high-rise buildings as a symbol of urbanization development also increases significantly year by year.However,relevant data show that safety accidents in highrise building construction have always been a "difficult problem" plaguing the development of the high-rise building industry.The frequent occurrence of security incidents reflects the insufficiency of security management.Evaluating the safety management of high-rise building construction and then improving the level of safety management in a targeted manner is the key to solving the problem,and it is also a subject worthy of study.Firstly,it summarizes and reviews the research status of safety management evaluation for high-rise building construction safety management evaluation at home and abroad in the past three years;secondly,it introduces the theory of high-rise buildings,safety management theory,AHP method,project maturity model theory,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method theory;Then,based on reading a large number of relevant documents and legal norms,combined with expert opinions and actual conditions,and with the help of SPSS data analysis software,the evaluation index system of high-rise building construction safety management composed of 5 elements and 22 indicators was finally determined.Furthermore,not only the interpretation of the indicators but also the weights of the indicators are determined according to the expert discussion method and the AHP method;furthermore,the grade standard is clarified based on the maturity model,and the calculation method of the results is proposed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,a high-rise building is constructed.The construction safety management evaluation model is referred to as HBCSM(High-rise-Building-Construction-Safety-Management)evaluation model;finally,the HBCSM evaluation model is applied to actual projects,and the membership matrix of the safety management evaluation results is calculated,and the maturity level of each element is analyzed.The empirical project’s overall safety management maturity level is obtained as an"excellent level",then proposed useful optimization methods.The construction safety evaluation model proposed this time can not only clearly determine the current safety management status of high-rise building projects and accurately identify weak links to propose improvement measures in a targeted manner,thereby reducing the probability of high-rise building construction safety accidents;Due to the strong operability of the evaluation model,it also promotes the standardization of the safety production of high-rise building projects.
