| Since the beginning of the 21st century,China’s rapid economic development has driven the entire construction industry into a rapid development track.Super high-rise buildings representing the highest level of construction have emerged all over the country.Due to the high height,large load,complex system,long construction period and complex construction process of super high-rise buildings,especially the final structural system has not yet been formed during the construction process,it is necessary to attach great importance to the safety management issues during the construction of super high-rise buildings.Combining specific work needs,this article takes the construction safety management of a super high-rise building in Wuhan as the research object,and has more accurately grasped the current situation of similar research by collecting and sorting out a large number of related literature works and research results.On this basis,combined with the actual engineering situation of the research object of this article,the safety management theory is used to analyze the problems of safety management in the construction process of the project,and it is constructed from four perspectives: safety technology management,personnel quality management,safety management system,and equipment management The relevant safety management evaluation index system is established,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index in the index system.On the basis of theoretical research,the above-mentioned evaluation system was used to conduct a risk assessment on the construction safety management of a super high-rise building in Wuhan.The study found that the construction safety management risk of the project was moderate.According to the further analysis of the index score,it is believed that the construction safety management of a super high-rise building in Wuhan mainly adopts risk response measures from the following four aspects:(1)strengthening personnel quality management,focusing on the management of the subcontractor system;(2)strengthening safety production management technology;(3)taking it effectively Safety responsibility.Establish a sound and strive to implement a safety management system,establish a thorough safety management network on the construction site,and implement supervision of construction enterprises and construction units;(4)Regular maintenance,maintenance,and inspection of large mechanical equipment and facilities.Through the implementation of safety management risk assessment and countermeasures,the project construction safety management level has been significantly improved,and the safety production during the construction process of the project is under stable control. |
