In the recent years,Chinese social and economic development has made remarkable accomplishments,and the social and economical development has promoted the development of urbanization,which makes the building industry become an essential part of China’s economy.As a top-level construction industry representatives and the symbol of urban landmark buildings,super high-rise buildings are rising up in cities throughout the country,and their security and management in the course of building has been paid more and more importance.Due to the features of high building height,complicated building process and long building period,as well as the absence of a complete safety control system in the process of building construction,the safety accidents occur very frequently.Therefore,the safety issue in the process of construction of super tall building must be paid great importance.In the study,this paper followed the idea of identifying the problem,analysis and problem solving,and carried out a system study on the safety assessment of super high-rise building constructions.The first part of the paper introduces the background and research implications of the super high-rise building Construction Safety Assessment,reviews the super high-rise buildings through the status of research at domestic and international,and describes briefly the content and the research methods of this paper,in which the technological route is the line elements of this study.The second part is the theory analysis of the super-tall building constructions safety evaluation,from the different angles of super-tall buildings theory,constructions safety evaluations and the cloud model relevant theories,etc.The second part is the theoretical evaluation of the construction safety of super-tall buildings,which analyzes the theories required for the research.The third part is a thorough analysis of the construction safety impact factors of super-tall building constructions,i.e.an in depth analysis from the perspective of the influence factors of people,material,machinery and equipment,major hazards,management and environment.With the reference of project managers’ suggestion,the literature analyses and the evaluation indexes scored by experts,the mathematics method is used to build a system of safety assessment indicators for the super tall buildings and lay the foundation for the study of the model.The fourth part is to compute the weight of the construction safety assessment index using the method of combining G1-entropy weighting methods,and to build the cloud model of super tall building safety assessment by integrating the cloud model study method,so as to make preparation for the follow-up example study of the construction projects safety evaluation.In the fifth part,the evaluation model is used in a concrete super high-rise construction project,and the case study is conducted,and the project’s construction status is " relatively safe".Finally,based on the evaluation results,we suggest some safety improvement and future prospect for the super high-rise building project.This article makes up for the high-tall building construction safety evaluation research,and puts forward the improvement of high-rise building construction safety management countermeasures,for the safety of other super high-rise building construction provides effective paradigm,for the future of high-rise building safety management development has important reference significance,so this study has certain practical significance and value.
