Although China has a vast territory and abundant products,due to the imbalance between the urban and rural economic development,in order to change this shortcoming,China ’s open economy level has been comprehensively improved since the 18 th CPC National Congress.This trend of moving to cities has greatly stimulated the rapid development of China’s super high-rise buildings.The high degree of urban intensification has led to the emergence of more and more super high-rise buildings in modern cities,especially in central urban areas.However,due to the complex and changeable environment of the construction site and the difficulty of its special structure,super high-rise buildings require higher standards for construction safety management.The construction safety of super high-rise buildings has always been highly valued and widely concerned by all sectors of society,especially on how to take a targeted approach to the management of construction safety of super high-rise buildings to reduce the construction risks of super high-rise buildings.Research hot issues.This paper takes the super high-rise building project of Tianxing Technology Building as the research object,proposes an effective method for the construction safety evaluation of super high-rise building,and conducts a quantitative analysis on its construction safety management.Firstly,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status and related basic theories of the construction risk of super high rise buildings,and expounds the safety accidents and their mechanism in the construction process of super high rise buildings,as well as some common analysis methods of the causes of construction safety accidents.Then,through the comparative analysis of the current situation of safety management of super high-rise buildings and construction safety evaluation methods at home and abroad,the paper finds out the deficiencies of construction safety management of super high-rise construction projects in China and finds out the existing problems.Second,collect nearly 10 years our country tall building construction safety accident types and causes,and refer to a large number of literatures,statistical surplus of major hazards,the high-rise building construction collection about the actual situation of tall building project,using the Delphi method,summarizes factors lead to safety accident and eventually set up a typical super-tall building index system of safety management.Finally,according to the characteristics of the high-rise building construction safety management,for all kinds of construction safety assessment method and comparison and comprehensive analysis,according to the current star science and technology building project management of construction site accident conditions,using the improved AHP method subjective weights are calculated,on the theory of entropy weight method to determine the objective weight of project safety index,using the principle ofminimum information entropy to integrate the two weights,get index integrated weight value,set up a performance based method and grey clustering model of high-rise construction project safety management evaluation method,to the star ferry to evaluate science and technology building construction project safety management status.The conclusions of the case study in this paper provide reference and basis for the formulation of safety management measures,safety accident plan and safety management evaluation level of super high rise construction projects,and also have a certain guiding role for the dynamic safety management of super high rise construction.
