Research On The Recreation Construction Of Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest National Park

In order to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,the third plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee in 2013 included the establishment of the national park system as an important task of comprehensively deepening the reform.In 2015,the government released the Pilot Program for Establishing a National Park System,which identified one area in each of the nine provinces for the construction of national parks.In 2017,the government released the "Overall Plan for Establishing a National Park System",which defined the concept of China’s national parks.The primary function of China’s national parks is to protect the authenticity and integrity of important natural ecosystems,as well as scientific research,education and recreation.Therefore,the construction of national parks must also meet the recreational needs of the public.In 2008,Yunnan Province,as a pilot province for the construction of national parks,first explored the construction and development ideas of national parks in line with China’s national conditions,and obtained corresponding achievements and practical experience.It has laid a feasible foundation for this thesis.This thesis takes two scenic area(Asian Elephants Valley Scenic Area And Parashorea Cathayensis Scenic Area)in Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest National Park in Yunnan Province as the research object.The author collected information on the current situation of recreational construction of these scenic area through investigation,then compared and analyzed the information with the online texts of tourism websites,finally analyzed the problems existing in the recreational construction of these scenic area,and proposed targeted optimization strategies.The perceived image of the Asian Elephants Valley Scenic Area is mainly recreational activities,and the perceived image of the Parashorea Cathayensis Scenic Area is mainly the recreational environment and atmosphere.In the recreational construction of scenic area,there are problems that human resources are not fully utilized,commercialization in scenic area,and insufficient education.According to the requirements of national park construction,the government should develop the surrounding ethnic minority communities and create a route for cultural scenic area;broaden and enrich the ways and contents of science education;de-commercialize scenic area through franchising and other methods;and guarantee them through rules and regulations.The results of this research can better promote the integration and convergence of Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest National Park to a national-level national park.
