| The speeding up of urbanization,leading to more and more people are yearning nature,more tourists are more likely to choose type mountain scenic area as a tourist destination,and all kinds of forest parks and nature reserves at all levels are actively in tourism development,the contradiction between protection and utilization of resources gradually sharp,and this kind of tourist area of load problem gradually receives the attention of people,tourism capacity become an important means to ensure the sustainable development of the tourist area.With the development of the natural protection system in China,it is gradually proposed to build a system of protected areas mainly based on national parks,and develop protected areas for tourism in the form of national parks.The tourism resources of national parks have the characteristics of non-renewable,rich regional characteristics and national representativeness,which makes the research demand of national park tourism capacity more urgent.At present,the research on tourism capacity in China is still backward and in the plateau stage.In the process of tourism capacity research,indicators are applied,and the regulation method cannot solve the existing problems.As a result,the research on tourism capacity is seriously divorced from the actual situation,and tourism capacity becomes an abstract management tool,unable to play its normal function.In particular,there are few studies on the tourism capacity of national parks with weak pertinence,and most of them only adopt a single index to carry out the research,which has certain one-sidedness.In this paper,the park tourism carrying capacity research of related literature at home and abroad and existing QiXian ridge national forest park tourism capacity related research data,through field investigation and comprehensive multidisciplinary research methods,combed the theory and empirical research on national park tourist capacity,in hainan tropical rain forest national park boundary QiXian hill forest park as an example,within the scope of the national park tourist capacity carries on the empirical model,the current QiXian ridge national forest park,carries on the summary and the analysis of problems,From the questionnaire survey,expert interview,field investigation,acquisition and filtering of QiXian ridge national forest park tourism capacity model is built,and based on the theory of LAC build QiXian ridge national forest park tourism capacity system,nine basic steps of LAC theory induction and summary,to determine the article main research content:Basic research.From domestic natural protected area of the development of tourism industry,at the same time analysis the background of the construction of the national park and national park tourism development path,on the basis of an analysis of the ecological tourism in hainan tropical rain forest national park,tourism development mode and method,for national park,tourism capacity and the related concepts of LAC theory of basic research,and draw lessons from the success of the U.S.national park service in the field of tourism carrying capacity of VREP(the Visitor Experience and Resource Protection,))framework is analyzed,This paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of tourism capacity model construction for Qixianling National Forest Park.Status quo investigation and index system construction.For QiXian ridge national forest park tourism resources and the status quo of the development situation of investigation,summarizes the existing problems,based on the current QiXian ridge national forest park tourism carrying capacity model,through the ecological environmental capacity,resource space capacity,facilities,environmental capacity,social capacity of four aspects as the primary index,12 secondary indexes,33 three-level indicators,through the Delphi method(Delphi)to determine the weight value of each paper tag,elaborated each indicator analysis method,and according to the relevant standards and norms set corresponding evaluation criteria for each indicator.Conclusion and summary.Through QiXian ridge measurement and analysis on the tourism carrying capacity model,considering the current state of the tourism carrying capacity of summary and analysis of the current QiXian plateau ridge in the tourism development,the number of mainly concentrated in double cease,the tourist season,and holidays,after long-term not science,not standard of tourist development activities,leading to loss of park resources conditions of a certain degree,analysis,QiXian ridge national forest park tourism carrying capacity comprehensive score of 7.022 points,is in general weak condition,the ecological environmental capacity of 8.195 points,resources space capacity of 7.647,is in a state of general weak;Facilities and environment capacity4.889,social capacity 4.842,in the general overload status.Qixianling National Forest Park has some problems,such as unbalanced proportion of economic input and output,low service quality,high perception of congestion,single type of tourism activities,imperfect internal traffic,backward infrastructure construction and industrial development recession.In view of the above problems,four optimization strategies are proposed,namely,establishing tourism capacity guarantee system,perfecting ecological compensation mechanism and establishing dynamic monitoring system.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the construction of tourism capacity system in this paper can provide certain enlightenment for the tourism planning and management of Hainan Tropical rain forest National Park in the future,and at the same time make up for the current research on the tourism capacity of Hainan Tropical rain forest National Park. |
