| Mengku big leaf tea is also called Mengku big leaf species,the plant is relatively tall,is the tea tree sex varieties,arbor type,large leaf species,early seed,suitable for the production of Pu’er tea,black tea,green tea.Mengku Daya tea is originally produced in Mengku Town,Shuangjiang Lahu Wa Blang Dai Autonomous County.It is located in the core area of China’s important agricultural cultural heritage "Yunnan Shuangjiang Mengku Ancient Tea Garden and Tea Culture System".In October 2015,"Yunnan Shuangjiang Mengku Ancient Tea Garden and Tea Culture System" was identified as the third batch of China’s important agricultural cultural heritage.Mengku big leaf tea is widely cultivated in Iceland old village,and other tea areas in the province are also introduced.In the long-term production practice,the working people of the Dai people in Iceland learned to grow tea,make tea,sell tea,eat tea and drink tea,their production and life and tea together.Mengku big leaf tea has a long history of planting and processing.Because of its excellent quality,in 1985,"Mengku Daye tea" was officially identified as a national variety by the National Crop variety Identification Committee,the number is GS13012-1985.This paper takes the history of planting and processing of Mengku big leaf tea as a case,and on the basis of sorting out and excavation of relevant historical materials,the paper systematically studies the origin,planting and processing technology of mengku big leaf tea,and discusses the agricultural cultural heritage value of dai ancient tea garden and tea culture system.Study that in the long-term production practice,Iceland Lao Zhai dai tea farmers cultivated good Yunnan tea varieties —— meng library leaf tea,and improve a set of traditional tea planting of farming technology,and the integration of local ethnic culture,in the good local tea tree variety resources support,meng library leaf tea processing technology with times change.This study adhering to the Chinese modern agricultural technology development research,from the perspective of science and technology,tea,history,sociology,economics and other related disciplines research theory and method,try to use the microscopic history case study perspective of meng library big leaf tea since 1950,the history of planting and processing changes,and discusses the agricultural cultural heritage value.The planting and processing of Mengku Daye tea are regarded as a related whole,the technological change is regarded as a process,and the derived agricultural cultural heritage value is regarded as a result.On the one hand,starting from the basic characteristics of the interaction between society and technology,the natural,social and historical conditions and the scientific nature of the technology itself are investigated in detail,and the history of the change of technology and the value of agricultural cultural heritage are relatively completely tracked.On the other hand,it discusses the motivation of the technological change of Mengku daya tea and the influence of agricultural cultural heritage on the economic development,tea drinking customs,cultural education,family marriage and ecological protection of the Dai people in Iceland,and discusses the characteristics and value of the agricultural cultural heritage of the Dai tea production in Iceland. |
