Individual differences in drug reactions can influence the efficacy and safety of the drug, and has become a worldwide problem of the treatment of major diseases. With the rapid development of molecular biology, genetic pharmacology, bioinformatics and other disciplines, people gradually realized that the difference of drug reaction among individuals, mostly derived from drug-related gene polymorphism. Pharmacogenomic research in ethnic populations has gerat significance for the achievement of individualized drug treatment and development of new drugs. In this project, we use the Sequenom MassARRAY SNP genotyping technology to detect pharmacogenomics related gene VIP polymorphisms in Xinjiang Uygun Mongolian、 Kirgiz、Tajik population, and analysis the population distribution and group differences of the genomics-related genetic polymorphisms in Xinjiang four ethnic population. From Kirgiz, Mongolian, Tajik and Uygur and four populations (CHB, JPT. CEU and YRI) chi-square test was found, Kirgiz compared with four populations have10,13,16,30different loci in frequency distribution; Mongolian compared with four populations have8,10,17,29different loci in frequency distribution; Tajikistan families compared with four populations have25,24,5,26different loci in frequency distribution; Uygur population compared with four populations have14,15,8,29different loci in frequency distribution. It has three differences loci in the Kirgiz, Mongolian, Tajik and Uyghur population compared with four populations. These three sites are rs20417, rs1229984, and rs3782905. These three sites located in the PTGS2gene, ADH family ADH1B genes, VDR gene.In the Kirgiz, Mongolian, Tajik and Uighur with four different ethnic’s chi-square test was found between the Mongolian and Kirgiz has1difference sites in the frequency distribution; Mongol compared with Tajiks has12difference loci in the frequency distribution; Mongolian and Uygur has6differences loci in the frequency distribution. Kirgiz compared with Tajik has are10differences sites in the frequency distribution; Kirgiz compared with Uygur has3differences sites in the frequency distribution. Tajik compared with Uygur has3differences sites in the frequency distribution. These different sites are mainly located in AHR, KCNH2, CYP2B6, VDR, PTGS2, UGT1A1, ADRB2, CYP3A5and SLC19A1gene.In Xinjiang Uygur, Tajik, Kirgiz, Mongolian and the four HapMap populations F-statistic (F-statistics) results showed that YRI and CHB、JPT、CEU have genetic differentiation; YRI and Kirgiz, Uygur, Tajik and Mongolian have genetic differentiation. Kirgiz、Uygur、Mongolia and Tajik have no genetic differentiation.Pharmacogenomics gene polymorphism vary between different ethnic groups in Xinjiang, recommended that the use of drugs in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang, we should be considered the genetic background in genetic background of different groups.
