| Due to the acceleration of the modernization process,the traditional ethnic crafts under the impact of modernization civilization presented different trends of development,shortening production technology has also experienced the disenchantment process.In this paper,based on the literature and historical materials,through the field investigation of Yuhu village,Yulong Naxi Autonomous County,Lijiang City,Yunnan Province,a comprehensive investigation and learning of ghee production technology,analysis of the process principle.According to the raw materials,tools and process flow of Naxi ghee and ghee food production technology,more comprehensive text and picture data were collected,and the traditional production process and improved process flow were studied.This paper also discusses the history of shortening production technology of Naxi ethnic group,interprets the scientific and technological connotation and symbolic significance of shortening production technology in Naxi ethnic group,as well as the retreat of the symbolic connotation of shortening in modern society.Based on the in-depth study of the Naxi ghee production technology,this paper analyzes its technological characteristics and principles,demonstrates the relationship between ghee and local Naxi traditional customs,reveals the deep connotation behind the formation,inheritance and development of the process,and analyzes the use and symbolic significance of ghee in daily life and religious ceremonies.Combined with the local actual situation,the corresponding countermeasures to promote the protection and development of ghee production technology were put forward,providing a theoretical basis for the inheritance and development of ghee production technology.Through elucidating the transformation of the Naxi shortening technology and the withdrawal of its symbolic meaning in modern society,the research content of the history of science and technology of ethnic minorities is enriched.The author hopes that this paper can arouse people’s attention to the production technology of shortening of Naxi ethnic group and explore a new way to study the history of science and technology of ethnic minority group. |
