Objective:In the present study,we estimated the genetic diversities and forensic parameters of 30 In Del(HLD6?HLD39?HLD40?HLD45?HLD48?HLD56?HLD58?HLD64?HLD67?HLD70?HLD77?HLD81?HLD83?HLD84?HLD88?HLD92?HLD93?HLD97?HLD99?HLD101?HLD111?HLD114?HLD118?HLD122?HLD124?HLD125?HLD128?HLD131?HLD133?HLD136)in Xinjiang Uygur population and evaluated the potential values.Then,the genetic relationships between Xinjiang Uygur population and other ethnic populations were analyzed based on the genetic data.Method:(1)The blood samples were randomly collected from 136 unrelated healthy individual of the Uygur living in Xinjiang region.The genomic DNA was extracted with the Chelex-100 method and InDels genotyped using PCR amplification and capillary electrophoresis.Then,the allelic frequencies and forensic parameters were calculated using the modified Powerstates.(2)The Linkage disequilibrium analysis was performed using the SNP Analyzer V2.0 software.The genotyping data of 21 other groups were collected to compare with Uygur group.The pairwise Fst and p values were calculated using the method of analysis of molecular variance by the software ARLEQUIN v3.1;the DA distances were calculated using the DISPAN program;the phylogenetic trees were obtained based on DA distance using the software MEGA v5;the principal component analysis was conducted with the software MVSP;population structure analysis was conducted by the STRUCTURE program.Results:(1)The cumulative power of discrimination and probability of exclusion of all the 30 InDel loci were 0.999999999999399 and 0.99632,respectively,which showed high value in forensic applications.(2)The studies of genetic relationship between Xinjiang Uygur and other 21 reference groups indicated that Xinjiang Uygur had one significant difference with Kazak.Xinjiang Uygur had relatively close distant genetic relationships with Kazak group in NJ-tree,PCA and STRUCTURE and had long distance with 6 Amerindian groups.Conclusion: The 30 InDel loci showed relatively high forensic-efficacy in the Xinjiang Uigur group and could be used in forensic individual identification;the present results indicated that the studied Xinjiang Uigur group had close relationships with Urumchi Uigur and Kazak groups.
