The Evaluation Of Rural Tourism Resources And Development Path In Jilin Province

The strategy of rural revitalization is the overall solution to the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people,and is an inevitable requirement for solving social contradictions in China.In recent years,China’s rural tourism have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities,becoming a new growth point for rural economic development,and an important path to achieve rural revitalization.This article evaluates rural tourism resources in Jilin Province,analyzes the development level and obstacle factors of rural tourism in Jilin Province,and explores the development path of rural tourism in Jilin Province,which is of great significance for promoting rural tourism development and rural revitalization in Jilin Province.Based on a systematic review of relevant literature and theories on rural tourism and rural revitalization,this article systematically analyzes the concepts of rural tourism,rural tourism resources,and rural revitalization,and combs the interactive relationship between rural revitalization and rural tourism.The main research contents of this article include:(1)According to the regional background of rural tourism resources in Jilin Province,the survey data of tourism resources are sorted and classified,and the evaluation index system of rural tourism resources in Jilin Province is constructed and its scoring criteria are determined.The weight of each index is obtained through expert scoring method.The rural tourism resources in Jilin Province and rural tourism resources in various counties and urban areas are evaluated,and the evaluation results are graded.Based on Arc GIS and Geoda software,the spatial distribution characteristics of rural tourism resources in Jilin Province and the spatial autocorrelation of the evaluation results are analyzed.Regional differences in the abundance and quality of rural tourism resources are analyzed by mathematical statistics.(2)According to the existing research,the evaluation index system of rural tourism development level of inter-provincial and urban counties in Jilin Province is constructed,quantitative evaluation of the development level of rural tourism in counties and urban areas of the country and Jilin Province,and reflecting the position of Jilin Province in the national spatial pattern of rural tourism through the spatial dimension of inter-provincial rural tourism development level,defining the spatial pattern of rural tourism development level in various counties and cities in Jilin Province.By identifying the obstacle factors to the development of rural tourism in Jilin Province,this paper summarizes the problems of rural tourism in Jilin Province.(3)Through the analysis of the advantages of rural tourism development in Jilin Province and the experience of developed rural tourism areas,the development path of rural tourism in Jilin Province is proposed by combining the evaluation of rural tourism resources,development level,and analysis of obstacle factors in Jilin Province.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)There are significant hierarchical differences in rural tourism resources in Jilin Province.The comprehensive score of rural tourism resources in most counties and urban areas in Jilin Province is at a medium level,and the overall spatial pattern of "central eastern western" decreasing in turn;rural tourism resources in Jilin Province are cohesively distributed in space,with various types of rural tourism resources concentrated in Yanbian,Jilin,and Changchun.The spatial distribution of rural tourism resources in Jilin Province is uneven,and the comprehensive scores of rural tourism resources in various counties and urban areas have significant spatial autocorrelation.Changchun and Jilin urban areas are high-level regional gathering areas;The overall abundance of rural tourism resources in Jilin Province is characterized by a decreasing spatial pattern of "east central west",with excellent rural tourism resources concentrated in Yanbian and Baishan in the east,as well as Changchun and Jilin in the middle.(2)The development of rural tourism in Jilin Province is ranked 21 st in the country,lower than the national average level.There are significant spatial differences in the development of rural tourism in various counties and urban areas in Jilin Province,with an overall pattern of "central eastern western" decreasing in order.There are problems such as lack of brand effect,significant product homogeneity,and insufficient tourism infrastructure and service levels.(3)Jilin Province should choose the rural tourism development mode according to the characteristics of rural tourism resources,location conditions,and economic development level in different regions,and adapt to local conditions;Integrate rural tourism resources in Jilin Province from a "point line area" perspective,construct a rural tourism industry chain,promote the clustered development of rural tourism,and create a brand of rural tourism in Jilin Province;Build a rural intelligent tourism platform to promote the intelligent development of rural tourism;Reconstruct rural functional space and strengthen rural tourism functions.
