Research On The Development Of Rural Red Tourism Resources Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural cultural revitalization is the "soul casting" project of Rural Revitalization and an important part of Rural Revitalization in the new era.Under the background of rural revitalization,all parts of the country should fully mobilize the inherent and available cultural resources of rural areas according to local conditions and promote the rural revitalization plan.After historical precipitation,the rural red culture tourism resources in Jiyuan City have important political significance in carrying forward the socialist core values and enhancing the "four self-confidence" of the people.In recent years,the local tourism department has done a lot of basic work to achieve local economic income by improving infrastructure,improving tourism and cultural services,selling local cultural souvenirs,increasing local employment and spreading red culture.However,under the influence of COVID-19’s repeated economic growth,the tourism industry in the scenic area has been seriously affected.It is a long way to go to develop the red resources and improve the development and operation mode.This paper adopts the methods of semi-structured interview and questionnaire to study the development of rural red cultural resources in Jiyuan City under the background of Rural Revitalization.This paper focuses on several aspects of related research work.First,through the relevant literature review,find the relevant research on the development theory of red cultural resources at home and abroad and the trend of future development.Secondly: collect,analyze and study the theories related to the development of red cultural resources,build the research perspective and research framework,and improve the depth of the research.Next: starting from the insufficient development of rural red cultural resources in Jiyuan City,the paper analyzes the deficiencies in the development of rural red cultural resources in Jiyuan City by means of empirical analysis,with 300 local residents,300 tourism visitors and 36 tourism managers participating in the questionnaire and interview objects,mainly reflecting the unscientific planning of scenic spots,the focus of core themes,and the lack of infrastructure construction Lack of overall planning for culture,catering and accommodation,and backward service and ticket sales in scenic spots.At the same time,the paper looks at the essence of the problem through the phenomenon,and finds out the reasons why government organizations are lagging behind in capital investment,talent investment,management innovation and market guidance.Finally,based on the development concept that rural revitalization should also rely on local resources,the paper puts forward that the local government should do a good job in scientific and overall planning of scenic spots,do a good job in social funds,tax concessions and multi-party cooperation mode,introduce market living water funds,strengthen improvement from the aspects of organizational innovation,management innovation,talent innovation and sales innovation,and strive to make a reasonable,sustainable and healthy development of red resources in Jiyuan City in a short time,Contribute to the grand goal of promoting local rural revitalization.From practice,the paper analyzes the problems,finds out the reasons and puts forward improvement measures,which has a certain practical significance.
