To revitalize the countryside,talents are the key.Rural tourism is the main driving force and guarantee for the realization of rural revitalization.Human resources are the first element to promote the development of rural tourism.Improving the quality of rural tourism human resources is crucial to promote rural tourism development and promote rural revitalization.Taking Wuyuan County of Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper conducts in-depth research and research on the development of rural tourism human resources in Wuyuan County from multiple dimensions through literature research,field research,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At the same time,based on the new target requirements of rural tourism human resources under the rural strategy and the competency iceberg model,the evaluation index system of rural tourism human resources development in three dimensions of knowledge and skills,comprehensive ability and professional characteristics is constructed,and the development level of rural tourism human resources in Wuyuan is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results show that the development level of rural tourism human resources in Wuyuan County is at a medium level,and the scores of comprehensive ability and professional quality indicators are low,which directly affects the development level of rural tourism human resources.The score of knowledge and skills is higher,at a medium to high level.In view of the above analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the development of rural tourism human resources in Wuyuan,such as weak professional knowledge and skills,low comprehensive ability and professional characteristics,lack of human resources in operation and management,insufficient development of highly educated human resources,and imperfect human resources development mechanism,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
