Study On The Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Economy-Ecology-Water Resources In Zhangjiakou City

As an important ecological conservation area in Hebei Province,Zhangjiakou is faced with severe problems such as weak economic growth,deterioration of ecological environment and shortage of water resources.However,there is a strong correlation between ecological environment,water resources and economic development.If the three cannot develop in harmony and synchronously,they will be mutually restricted and constrained.It seriously restricts the sustainable development of economy,ecology and water resources in Zhangjiakou City.Therefore,this paper mainly takes Zhangjiakou city as the research object to realize the coordinated development of economy,ecology and water resources in Zhangjiakou City,and conducts research from the following aspects.First of all,the development status of economy,ecology and water resources in Zhangjiakou City was sorted out,and the main problems existing in the development process of economy,ecology and water resources were obtained,which provided strong support for the subsequent empirical analysis.Secondly,the index system of economic system,ecological system and water resources system is constructed,and the entropy weight method is used to measure the comprehensive development evaluation value of the three systems.On this basis,the coupling coordination degree model is introduced to further study the economic,ecological and water resources cooperative development level of Zhangjiakou City from 2009 to 2020.The coupling coordination degree of economic system,ecological system and water resource system in Zhangjiakou city is analyzed from four dimensions: economy-ecology,economy-water resource,ecology-water resource and economy-eco-water resource.Then,OLS regression model was used to conduct an empirical study on the influencing factors of the economy-ecology-water resources coupling coordination degree in Zhangjiakou City.Finally,according to the development status of economic,ecological and water resources in Zhangjiakou City and the empirical results,the paper puts forward specific suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the three.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)There are many problems in the development of economy,ecology and water resources in ZhangjiakouThe first is the economic development status and problems of Zhangjiakou,which are manifested as low overall level,insufficient endogenous power to support economic growth,low industrial level,internal structure to be improved,insufficient economic development kinetic energy,less investment in scientific research funds,backward development of science and technology,and lack of economic growth kinetic energy;The second is the status quo and problems of ecological environment in Zhangjiakou City,which are serious environmental pollution,serious land desertification,fragile ecological environment,and difficult to control and repair;The third is the current situation and problems of water resources in Zhangjiakou City,which are manifested as poor water environment quality,low sewage treatment rate,high proportion of agricultural water,lack of water resources,and low water use efficiency.(2)The coordinated development type of economy,ecology and water resources in Zhangjiakou city has not reached synchronous developmentZhangjiakou economic system,ecosystem and water resources system of the coordinated development level,gradually from disorder to coordinate the class quality,but the internal system development trend of slowing down,in the midst of a "coordinated development bottleneck,has yet to realize the coordinated development of economy,ecological-water,belongs to the economic development,ecological development lag type.(3)The coordinated development of economy-ecology-water resources in Zhangjiakou is affected by many factorsEcological-economic-water main influencing factors of the coordinated development of industry ecology in Zhangjiakou,industrial structure,technological innovation,open to the public and the government regulation,including ecological,scientific and technological innovation,and government regulation on the economy-coordinated development play a positive role in promoting ecological-water,industrial structure and opening to the outside world have negative effects.
