Water resources are the basic resources for human production and life,and play a decisive role in agriculture,industry and people's lives.With the rapid economic development in Liaoning Province,the conflicts between its water resources and its socio-economic and ecological environment have become increasingly prominent.The problems of water resources development and utilization,water shortage and water environment deterioration have become increasingly prominent,which seriously restrict the social and economic development of Liaoning Province Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop and utilize water resources rationally and to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources and the coordinated development of economy in Liaoning Province.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative point of view,first of all,from 2005 to 2015 in Liaoning Province,the total amount of water and water use in various industries and the status of socio-economic development,Liaoning Province found that there is insufficient water resources,water resources development Use unreasonable,inefficient use of such issues.Secondly,through the coupling and coordinative model,this paper constructs an evaluation model of the coordination relationship between sustainable use of water resources and economic development in Liaoning Province,calculates the time series coordination degree in Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2015,and analyzes the annual changes of coordination relations.-The socio-economic-eco-environmental coupling coupling increased from 0.5328 in 2005 to 0.7389 in 2015,which is generally an improvement.However,a comparative analysis of water resources,socio-economic and eco-environmental systems shows that compared with the socio-economic And the ecological environment system,water resources system still exists over-exploitation,development lags behind,the whole system did not reach the optimal.To construct prediction model of coordinated development and sustainable utilization of water resources in Liaoning province economy based on SD model,using 20 kinds of scheme of the computer simulation model to simulate different degrees of water saving,pollution control and industrial structure adjustment,estimates that the change trend of Liaoning province 2005-2040 Liaoning water resources supply and demand,social economy,water environment etc..Comparison of 20 schemes and the simulation results are analyzed,in the conventional development model,sustainable development of water resources in Liaoning province development index and coordination degree is gradually rising,but in 2026,the capital of Liaoning province is facing the problem of shortage of water resources has not sustainable social and economic development,and this problem requires a combination of comprehensive measures of saving water,to solve the pollution control and adjustment of industrial structure.Finally,combined with the existing problems of water resources utilization,social and economic development and the current situation of Liaoning Province in Liaoning Province,the effective ways and suggestions of sustainable utilization of water resources and coordinated development of social economy in Liaoning are given.
