The Study On The Coordinated Development Of Ecological Benefits And Economy Of Land Utilization In Resource-based Cities

In the course of China's economic development,a large number of resource-based cities,mainly petroleum,coal and non-ferrous metal mines,have emerged.these resource-based cities have made historical contributions to the construction of China's industrial system,the development of the national economy,and the protection of national strategic security.However,as time goes by,mineral resources in resource-based cities continue to be mined.Some resource-based cities have entered a period of maturity,stability,and decline,in the process of transformation and development,they are facing extensive use of land resources,land environment pollution,and economic development,the double challenges between them have made the contradiction between land use,ecological environment and economic development increasingly prominent,and it is urgent to find new development models to change the current urban development predicament.Therefore,studying the coupling and coordination relationship between the land use ecological benefits and economic development of resourcebased cities is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of resource-based cities and the sustainable development of regional industrial transformation.This article takes Dongying City,a typical oil-based city,as an empirical research case,after combing relevant domestic and foreign literature studies,this article determines the related concepts of land use,coordination,ecological service value,and land use ecological benefits,the relationship between land use,ecological environment,and economic development,the construction of a comprehensive evaluation index system for the coordinated development of land use ecological benefits and economic development,and a model for coupling and coordination,and the correlation between land use ecological benefits and economic development in Dongying City.Finally,based on the analysis of the actual development situation of Dongying City,the land use status and the evaluation results of the coordinated development of the ecological benefits and economic use of land in Dongying City are analyzed.Implementing differentiated land use policies,coordinating land use and ecological environmental protection,adjusting the regional industrial transformation layout structure,and improving industrial transformation and upgrading guarantee measures,etc.,will improve Dongying's land use ecological efficiency and economic coordination and sustainable development.
