Research On The Development And Utilization Of Cultivated Land Reserve Resources Based On The Level Of Ecological Coordinated Development

As an important strategic resource for improving agricultural production and maintaining the total amount of cultivated land,cultivated land reserve resources are directly related to the sustainable development of national agricultural economy and food security.The development of cultivated land reserve resources is an inevitable behavior of China to ensure the dynamic balance of total cultivated land and to safeguard national food security and alleviate social pressure.Heilongjiang as a big agricultural province,the cultivated land reserve resources development and utilization is one of the key factors of propelling economic development.however,in the face of the cultivated land protection strategy of "trinity" requirements,the gravity center of cultivated land reserve resources development and utilization will from pay attention to the total scale to quantity,quality,ecology.Based on ecological coordination development level of cultivated land reserve resources development and utilization suitability,While increasing the quantity of cultivated land,the ecological environment in the process of exploitation can be avoided.It is of practical guiding significance for the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources to promote the healthy development of regional ecological environment and realize the sustainable use of land.Based on the songnen plain typical ecologically fragile district longjiang county as an example,combining ecological niche suitability model,from a new perspective about ecological niche and ecological environment set up cultivated land reserve resources development suitability evaluation system,to block as a unit of longjiang county to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources,divide the suitability grades.Introducing the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate various township ecological coordination development level,analyze the influence of different regional coordination level factor,finally determine the county development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources types,quantity and distribution.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)development suitability evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources in longjiang county.Studies to determine the suitable development direction of cultivated land reserve resources as the goal,give full consideration to the cultivated land,grassland,woodland development and utilization of the suitability conditions,From the five aspects of soil,topography,irrigation and drainage,landscape and location conditions,11 influencing factors were selected toconstruct the evaluation index system for the suitability of farmland reserve resources in longjiang county,Combining the ecological niche suitability model and the comprehensive index model,the suitability score of cultivated land reserve resources in the research area was calculated.the most suitable,moderately suitable,basic suitable and not suitable for class 4 grade,comparing three kinds of suitability grades of each evaluation unit further be divided into suitable for cultivation,suitable for grassland,suitable for woodland,both suitable for cultivation and woodland,both suitable for cultivation and grassland,both suitable for woodland and grassland,suitable for cultivation,grassland and woodland,not suitable to development of 8 classes.Which is suitable for development and construction into farmland,woodland,grassland and not suitable for cultivated land reserve resources area of 1081.03 hectares,21674.4 hectares and 46.54 hectares,a total of 22801.98 hectares,accounting for 73.18% of the cultivated land reserve resources.This part of cultivated land reserve resources suitable development direction is clear,can directly combine the actual situation to carry on the plan.It should be cultivated and suitable for both suitable for cultivation and woodland,both suitable for cultivation and grassland,both suitable for woodland and grassland,suitable for cultivation,grassland and woodland,and the total area of 8261.36 hectares,accounting for 26.52% of the total amount.In this part,the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources are multi-directional.(2)The distribution of ecological security coupling coordinate development about cultivated land reserve resources in longjiang county.Longjiang county ecological security coordination development area including excellent coordination good ecological area,barely harmonious ecological warning area,endangered ecological warning area,mild imbalance ecological warning area as well as a serious imbalance moderate ecological warning area.Excellent coordination good ecological area is mainly distributed in the western part of longjiang county.The river network in this area is developed,the forest cover area is large,the ecological environment is stable,and the development is high.barely harmonious ecological warning area and serious imbalance moderate ecological warning area are mainly distributed in the north and south,the region is flat,fertile soil,but blind unreasonable development and utilization of resources caused by ecological environment problems,the situation of regional ecological security and its coordinated development is poor;Endangered ecological warning area is mainly distributed in the southern part of longjiang county.the population density is high,the land development and utilization intensity is large,and the social factors have great influence on the coordinated development of ecological security.Mild imbalance ecological warning area is distributed in the eastern region,there is a relatively low level of agricultural productivity,and economic factors restrict the coupling and coordinated development of regional ecological security.(3)Research on the suitable development and utilization type of cultivated land reserve resources in different ecological coordination areas.Partition based on ecological coordination development level as a result,the analysis of different ecological coordination area for cultivated land reserve resources development and utilization of type adjustment direction,combined with the regional actual situation,Furthermore,the types of suitable development and utilization aretransformed into the most suitable types.After the adjustment,the cultivated land area was inscreased by 3586.7 hectares,accounting for 11.8% of the total area,To some extent,it can improve agricultural productivity and promote county economic development;In addition,the woodland area was inscreased by 23746.42 hectares,accounting for78.6% of the total area,will be added to improve the ecological security level of the region after afforestation.In addition,3056.93 hectares of grassland can be replenished,accounting for 9.94%,which can increase the coverage of vegetation in the region and enhance the development level of animal husbandry.94.99 hectares of cultivated land reserve resources,accounting for 0.3%,maintain the original ecological stability.(4)This study from the perspective of ecological security,determine the direction of longjiang county is suitable for the development and utilization of reserve cultivated land resources,the result ensured the dynamic balance of total cultivated land,avoid after reclamation of cultivated land farmland by ecological environment deterioration phenomenon,It will help to realize the comprehensive supervision of the quantity,quality and ecology of cultivated land resources.It provides practical reference for the development of farmland reserve resources in Longjiang county,so as to provide reference for ensuring food security and realizing regional coordinated development.
