Resources,environment and economy are important foundations for human survival and development.China is a large ocean country.The vast sea area and abundant marine resources provide objective conditions for ocean development.However,the increasingly frequent marine activities have aggravated the ocean burden and triggered a series of marine problems.The research on the bearing capacity of marine composite systems has become a hot spot.This paper dynamically introduces the bearing capacity and coordinated development trajectory of marine composite system by introducing environmental EKC and coordinated development mechanism.Combined with variable fuzzy recognition theory and coordinated development model,this paper analyzes the change of bearing capacity level and coordinated development of marine composite system,and The grey correlation model is used to measure the influencing factors of bearing capacity.Finally,Hebei Province is taken as an example to carry out multi-objective planning and regulation,in order to provide a reference for the coordinated and sustainable development of marine resources and environmental economy.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Based on the theoretical and practical perspectives,the research significance of the bearing capacity and coordinated development of the marine composite system is defined;the development history of the bearing capacity and coordination research is summarized,and the concept of the bearing capacity of the marine composite system is improved from the theoretical and practical dimensions.The research on the bearing capacity of the composite system has laid the connotation and content.2.Drawing on the environmental EKC mechanism and coordinating the theory of sustainable development,and for the first time,the EKC mechanism is introduced into the research of the bearing capacity of the marine composite system,and the change of the bearing capacity of the marine composite system may be inverted.The U-type is based on the scientific discussion of the mechanism.Introduce the description of "Weber-Fichner" theorem to scientifically develop grading standards,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for conducting research.3.Based on the method and advantages of variable fuzzy recognition model,the temporal and spatial variation of the bearing capacity of China's marine composite system is analyzed,and then the decomposition analysis is carried out from the perspective of the bearing capacity of the three subsystems of ocean economy,resources and environment.The research shows that:(1)2006-2015,the time series of the bearing capacity of China's marine composite system is getting better;the bearing capacity of Tianjin,Shanghai and Hainan is higher in space,and the carrying capacity of Hebei and Guangxi is lower;(2)China's marine resources,environment and economic subsystems are carrying The law of force change is relatively stable(2.36-2.48),“inverted U” and fluctuating(3.14-2.49);(3)by introducing gray correlation model to analyze the influencing factors,the results show: ocean economic scale and industrial structure,Environmental governance and resource abundance affect the carrying capacity of the marine economy,resources and environmental subsystems.4.The spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the bearing capacity of the marine composite system are analyzed by using the coordinated development model of the composite system.The research shows that the coordination degree of bearing capacity is also benign,but the regional differences are large,Hainan and Shandong have higher coordination,Hainan,Shanghai and Tianjin have higher coordination development,and most of the other areas need to be improved.Then,taking Hebei Province as an example,the marine resources environment and economic is regulated based on the multi-objective programming model.Studies have shown that the Coordination Priority Development Model can best take into account the development requirements of each subsystem and should therefore be a priority development model.In order to achieve this goal,we should start from controlling the population,increasing industrial input,increasing investment in science and technology and marine environmental management,strictly controlling pollutant emissions,improving marine utilization efficiency,and increasing the yield per unit area of the ocean.
