| The resource-based economy in western China is an extensive development model,which has a great adverse effect on environment and has a negative impact on the sustainable development of economy and society.Green development in the western China is necessary.As the action subject of economic and social development,organization has an important impact on the green development of resource-based economy.Therefore,this thesis attempts to analyze the influence of organization development on the green development of resource-based economy in western China,in order to explore the effective measures to promote the green development of resource-based economy in western China.Firstly,this thesis defines the connotation of green development of resource-based economy and organization development,summarizes the relevant theories and existing research results,and expounds the mechanism of the impact of organization development on the green development of resource-based economy in the western China.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the actuality of organization development and green development of resource-based economy,this thesis measures the level of organizational development and green development of resource-based economy in the western region by establishing their index system.Thirdly,this thesis uses Tobit model to empirically test the impact of organization development on the green development of resource-based economy.The results show that:(1)In western China,organization development has a significant positive impact on the green development of resource-based economy.Organization development has a significant positive impact on the development of emerging industries and has no significant positive impact on the green development of traditional resource-based industries.(2)The positive impact of organizational development on the green development of resource-based economy in high-level areas is stronger than that in low-level areas.(3)In high-level areas,organizational development has a significant positive impact on the development of emerging industries and has no significant positive impact on the green development of traditional resource-based industries.In low-level areas,organizational development has a significant positive impact on the green development of traditional resource-based industries and the development of emerging industries.However,the promotion of green development of traditional resource-based industries is stronger than that of emerging industries.Finally,through the above analysis,this thesis gives overall policies and targeted policies of green development of resource-based economy in western China. |
