Research On The Evaluation Of High-quality Development Level Of Resource-based Enterprises In Western China

At the opening ceremony of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "High-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,and the new development concept must be fully,accurately and comprehensively implemented." High-quality development is the only way for macroeconomic,meso-scale industries and micro-enterprises to achieve sustainable development.At present,there is still a large gap between the high-quality development level of the western China and the central and eastern China.Improving its high-quality development level is particularly necessary for the coordinated development of my country’s regional economy.As a powerful driving force for high-quality development in western China,resource-based enterprises in western China have faced many problems in recent years due to complex internal and external situations,such as resource depletion,enhanced environmental regulation,backward technological level,and low level of openness.In this context,the study of the high-quality development level of resource-based enterprises in western China has an important guiding role in promoting the coordinated development of my country’s regional economy.On the basis of combing the existing literature and theories,combined with the problems and influencing factors of high-quality development of resource-based enterprises in western China,and guided by the new development concept,this paper establishes 17 specific indicators in 5 dimensions of benefit,innovation,green,sharing and openness.The evaluation index system of the high-quality development level of resource-based enterprises in western China.The Entropy-TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the high-quality development level of resourcebased enterprises in western China from the three dimensions of micro-enterprises,time and space.On this basis,the WESTERN MINING is selected as a case company for further analysis.According to the evaluation results of various dimensions of the WESTERN MINING and the original index data,and referring to the average level of resource-based enterprises in western China,its advantages,disadvantages and related countermeasures are analyzed.Through the overall evaluation of resource-based enterprises in western China and the analysis of case companies,it is concluded that the overall development level in the process of high-quality development is uneven and the coordination between the dimensions of the high-quality development level of the case company is not strong.Based on this,feasible suggestions are put forward,with a view to provide reference for resource-based enterprises in western China to improve their high-quality development level.
