Research On The Influence Of Marketization On Green Development Of Resource-based Economy In Western China

The characteristics of resource-based economy in the western region are obvious,and the problem of unsustainability is prominent.System plays a decisive role in the mode of economic development.Marketization as an important institutional change,has an important impact on the green development and transformation of resource-based economy in Western China.Based on this,this paper studies the impact of marketization on the green development of resource-based economy in the western region,in order to clarify the actual effect of marketization on the green development of resource-based economy in the western region.Firstly,on the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant literature of marketization and green development,this paper expounds the mechanism of marketization on the green development of resource-based economy in Western China.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of marketization and green development in the western region,and measures the green development level in the western region through comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the panel Tobit model is established to empirically study the effect of marketization on the green development of resource-based economy in the western region.The results show that:(1)marketization in the western region has a significant positive impact on the green development of resource-based economy and the three dimensions of green development.(2)Among the five indexes of marketization,the relationship between government and market,the development of non-state-owned economy and factor market have significant positive effects on the green development of resource-based economy;the development of market intermediary organizations and legal environment have no significant positive effects on the green development of resource-based economy;the development of product market has significant inhibitory effects on the green development of resource-based economy.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward that the key to the transformation of green development of resource-based economy in the western region is to further promote the marketization process of the western region,pay attention to the balanced development of the marketization of the western provinces,break the low-end lock of the product market,and promote the development of products to the middle and high-end.
