Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Green Development Capability Of Resource-based Economy In Western China

The resource-based economy in Western China is unsustainable,so it is urgent to realize green development,and the cultivation of green development capability is the primary task of green development of resource-based economy.Therefore,this paper will study the green development capability of resource-based economy in Western China,explore the influencing factors of green development capability,and then put forward corresponding policy suggestions for improving the green development capability of resource-based economy in Western China.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of the green development capability and describes the present situation of the green development capability in Western China.Secondly,building a comprehensive evaluation index system to measure the green development capability in Western China,and measure the green development capability of Western China from 2010 to 2019.Thirdly,analyzing the influencing factors of the green development capability in Western China.The empirical results show that the enterprise scale,regional income level,marketization level,foreign investment level,intellectual property protection,medical and health care,government financial support and the level of social security are the influencing factors of the green development capability of Western China.Among them,enterprise scale,marketization level,medical and health care,government financial support and social security level have a significant positive impact on the high-level and low-level areas of green development capability in Western China.Although the level of foreign investment and intellectual property protection have a significant impact on green development capability,the impact on different regions is quite different.Finally,according to the previous empirical results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the green development capability in Western China.
