A Study On The Efficiency Of Urban Green Economy And Its Influencing Factors In China

In modern society,people pay more and more attention to the cost of ecological environment which is sacrificed by economic growth.With the rapid development of urban economy,urban environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious.In order to quantify the balance between urban economy and environment in China,it is necessary to measure the efficiency of urban green economy.In this paper,the data of green economic efficiency of 285 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2010 to 2017 are selected and empirically analyzed by dea-bcc model(data envelopment model)and DEA Malmquist model,and the comprehensive measurement results and spatiotemporal differentiation rules are obtained.Then,Tobit model is used to analyze the relationship and influence mechanism of technological innovation,environmental regulation,industrial structure,population scale,foreign investment and green economic efficiency.It can be seen from the research that,first,the improvement of urban green economic efficiency mainly comes from the technical effect,and the influence of urban scale effect gradually decreases after a certain degree of development.Technical progress is the main driving force for the improvement of urban green economic efficiency.Second,only 28 cities have passed DEA validity test,accounting for about 9%;the comprehensive efficiency value,PE value and Se value of these cities are all 1.According to the results of Economic Zone comparison,the green economic efficiency between cities,whether dynamic or static,is not directly related to the level of regional economic development,and there are some differences in green economic efficiency among economic regions.Thirdly,industrial structure,technological innovation,environmental regulation,population size and foreign investment all have some influence on the efficiency of green economy.On the whole,industrial structure,technological innovation and environmental regulation are positively related to the efficiency of green economy,while population size and foreign investment are negatively related.It is found that in the sustainable development of cities,we should consider both economy and environment,clean production and green development;technological progress is the main factor to improve the efficiency of urban green economy in the future,and we should vigorously develop science and technology to promote technological progress;each municipal government should take into account and make good use of the positive externalities of environmental regulation,foreign investment and population scale to the efficiency of green economy,so as to improve the urban green economy To realize regional sustainable development..
