In recent years,the state has attached great importance to and developed vocational education,training "double-qualified" teachers for vocational colleges and universities,and cultivating high-quality and high-skilled professional talents for the country and society.With the development of network information technology and the popularization of mobile devices,education has entered the era of network information.In this context,information education emerges at the historic moment,and educational resources are characterized by miniaturization,fragmentation and individuation.Micro-lesson auxiliary teaching has been integrated into the education industry.Micro-lesson teaching is short and concise,which is an important supplement to the traditional classroom.However,in the educational practice,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching process of basic Biochemistry course in M secondary vocational college,which can be effectively solved by micro-lesson teaching.However,at present,there are few cases and application studies on the application of micro-lessons in the course of Biochemistry Fundamentals in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,the author carried out a research on micro-lesson teaching practice in the course Of Basic Biochemistry in secondary vocational schools in order to change the existing problems in the teaching of this course,which is of great significance for promoting the construction and application of micro-lesson teaching resources in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes the application of micro-lesson in the teaching of Basic Biochemistry in M Secondary Vocational School as the research object,takes literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method as research methods,and takes constructivism learning theory,multiple intelligence learning theory and fragmented learning theory as the basis to conduct research from the following aspects: Firstly,the current teaching situation of Basic Biochemistry course in M secondary vocational School was investigated and statistically analyzed,and problems existing in micro-course teaching were proposed and reasonable suggestions and opinions were given from the aspects of students’ learning interest,independent learning ability,classroom participation,course evaluation and recognition degree of micro-course teaching.Secondly,aiming at the problem,the paper designs the production method,process and implementation process of micro-lessons that are suitable for teachers and students in secondary vocational schools.The key and difficult contents of the first chapter of the textbook "Protein Chemistry and Amino acid metabolism" are selected to complete the design and production of corresponding micro-lessons.Thirdly,according to the key and difficult content of "Protein Chemistry and Amino acid metabolism",two new teaching practice cases and one review and exercise lesson explanation case are presented.Finally,through classroom observation,student questionnaire survey and interview,the effect of micro-lesson assisted teaching is analyzed and summarized,and the research conclusion is drawn.Suggestions are put forward on the design,production and application of micro-lessons,and the deficiencies are reflected and summarized.The results show that after the practice teaching of micro-class,secondary vocational students’ acceptance of "Basic Biochemistry" course is significantly improved,and the classroom atmosphere is more active.Students have significantly improved their learning interest,classroom participation and independent learning ability,and hold a positive attitude towards micro-lesson assisted teaching,which further confirms the feasibility and scientificity of micro-lesson teaching.The results of this study provide theoretical support for the further research on the application of micro-lessons in this course.At the same time,it also provides teaching reference for the application of micro-lessons in other subjects in the future.
