Higher education success depends on two important points, they are hardware and software。Hardware refers to fixed auxiliary teaching facilities like teaching buildings, computer, toilet, dining hall and physical equipments etc. software include teachers, teaching methods, management artifice, style and culture of study, external environment, graduates employment rate and major settings etc..nevertheless, software is very close to people;Therefore software in higher education most critical also lies to teacher power, that is teachers quality, professionalism and specialization degree。This is one of the education reform tasks, also teachers education research core subjects. Along with society development, people pay more and ore attention to teacher professionalization. For example,Yang Gaoquan propose a excellent or successful teacher should have a professional quality structure which includes three aspects:professional affective, professional knowledge and expertise. Suzhou University Ren Xuefeng point out that teacher professional literacy is regarded as "teachers owned and taken teaching scenarios knowledge, abilities and beliefs collection。Luo Ting, Wan Chunlin noted university teachers professional literacy is the insurance of university education quality, system structure of the teachers'professional literacy includes "super professional" knowledge, vocational ideals humanistic quality and education idea. Wang Wenrong indicated that professional English teachers quality largely determine teaching quality and cultivate person with ability, A qualified Vocational Colleges professional English teachers, In ethics, business, professional etc, should have higher attainment。So we can see scholars are discussing teachers professional development and public English, sports (wushu) lesson courses, as for Vocational professional foundation and professional expand curriculum teacher professional Attainments as concern, very few people is involved。through Baidu, Wanfang database and CNKI on biochemistry teacher professional Literacy conducted search, a relevant literature is not found.21st century is life science century, as one of the most important subjects among life science, biochemistry becomes modern biology foundation, also is a subject researching chemical essence of the life phenomena, Vocational biotechnology class professional a important professional basic course. It penetrates across with many subjects and its content is very rich, development is very rapid. As biochemistry has obvious characteristic of basis, advanced and practicality, it directly impacts students knowledge structure Construction, ability quality cultivate in a long period. This article first refers to basic attainment requirements for the teachers of Higher Vocational Education according to our Vocational education universal status and affect China vocational teaching quality factors; secondly, integrated with own actual, through students questionnaire, own experience and other counterparts experience, started analyzing biochemistry course characteristics and teaching practice and pointed out the professional level and competence which Vocational biochemistry teachers should have. It can be concluded that:possess professional literacy that Vocational Biochemistry teachers should have are (Ⅰ) firmly establish vocational education educational thoughts idea; (Ⅱ) must with reasonable knowledge Structure and complete ability structure; (Ⅲ) highly professionalism, rigorous scientific spirit and rich humanistic spirit; (Ⅳ) have good personality cultivation and moral character.
