From the ancient saying that "reading can break thousands of books,and writing is like writing with god" to today's General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that "reading is timely and nourishes noble spirit".Through the ages,China has always regarded reading as an important way to open up wisdom and spread culture,thus forming China's long-standing,extensive and profound Chinese culture.Marxism is a clear banner for Chinese Communists to forge ahead,a fundamental guiding ideology for realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,and a powerful driving force for advancing human civilization.Contemporary college students are the most vivid and creative group,and they should shoulder the great mission of The Times.Therefore,college students in the new era should actively study Marxist classics,constantly cultivate their morality,increase their abilities,firm their Marxist beliefs,and accelerate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,with the continuous development of scientific and technological innovation,college students tend to read more digitally,and more and more young people read digitally by obtaining electronic resources on the Internet."shallow reading" and "fragmented" reading are prevalent,and it is difficult to absorb the ideological essence contained in Marxist classics.Therefore,university libraries should actively explore various forms of reading promotion activities,cultivate reading habits,and enhance students' interest in reading Marxist classics.At present,there are few researches on the promotion of Marxist classic reading in Our country.Most of them introduce the necessity,problems and strategies of the promotion of Marxist classic reading.There are few researches on the promotion of Marxist classic reading in university libraries and few researches based on mature theories.Therefore,this study will investigate the marxist classics reading the status quo,and research the present situation of university library marxist classics reading promotion,promote problems found in the reading,on this basis,in accordance with the trust,5 w theory,explore the university library promote marxist classic reading promotion strategy.
