With the rapid development of technology,various kinds of software are used in all aspects of daily life,as well as for work and study.Since software testing plays a vital role in the life cycle of software,the performance assessment of software testing projects is a top priority in enterprise management,not only improving the management capability of enterprises,but also helping enterprises achieve their strategic goals.According to the development status of China's software industry and the development stage of the enterprise itself,this research conducted problem identification,cause analysis and mechanism construction on the performance appraisal system of the software testing project members.The performance appraisal of the software testing project members of Company L was taken as an example.Based on the industry characteristics and enterprise features,its problems were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions were listed.According to the logical idea of raising problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems,firstly,the purpose of the study was clarified and the significance of strengthening performance appraisal to the development on the enterprise was fully presented.Then the questionnaire and interview methods were used to identify problems for the performance appraisal integrating the domestic and international studies adhered to theoretical guidance.Finally,for optimize the software testing project members performance appraisal system,the appraisal standard,appraisal index and weight,and appraisal process were redesigned.In the four aspects of management supervision—publicity and training,regulations and constraints,assessment application—the team performance appraisal system program was implemented in organization,quality,motivation and system guarantee measures.The guidance of advanced theories,scientific analysis,innovative thinking,effective methods,as well as continuous improvement and enhancement are necessary for the design and optimization of performance appraisal program.Only in this way can we improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise,achieve its strategic goals,and promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.The above research can improve the performance appraisal of Company L's software testing project members with comprehensive consideration.It is promising for improving the enterprise efficiency,saving costs,providing better solutions for enterprise performance management,and helping to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise while improving the overall quality level of the industry.
