In the information age,software enterprises are in a period of rapid development.For software enterprises,talent is the core competitiveness,and how t o have and retain excellent employees is a very critical issue.The quality of performance appraisal system can directly affect the enthusiasm of enterprise employees.Therefore,software enterprises need to constantly improve their performance appraisal system to attract talents and provide lasting competitiveness for enterprise development.This thesis takes YSU software company as the research object and studies the subject of performance appraisal optimization of YSU software company.First of all,I learned and consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literatures to understand the research status of performance appraisal at home and abroad.On the second basis,I learned and sorted out relevant concepts and theories of performance appraisal,drew on the existing mature theoretical experience,and also learned some performance appraisal experience of excel ent enterprises.Secondly,the thesis gives an overall introduction to the human resource status and performance appraisal system of YSU software company.Through the questionnaire survey of enterprise employees,the author has a deep understanding of the implementation of the current performance appraisal system of the enterprise,analyzes the status quo and problems of the appraisal,and summarizes the problems and deficiencies according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Thirdly,in combination with the characteristics of the software industry,the thesis selects the balanced scorecard method and the key performance indicator method to optimize the performance assessment indicator system of the company,and reconstructs the indicator system from the four dimensions of customer,finance,learning and development and internal operation.At the same time,in order to determine the index weight scientifically,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to calculate the weight of each assessment index.After the design of the index system,the new implementation steps of performance appraisal are put forward,and the implementation effect is evaluated and analyzed.Finally,a series of guarantee measures for performance appraisal implementation are proposed to promote the implementation and implementation of the new performance appraisal system in YSU software company,providing sufficient guar antee for improving the overall performance management level of the enterprise.
