With the gradual shift of dairy goat breeding mode to intensive and fine breeding,the use of intelligent equipment to realize dairy goat behavior monitoring can provide rich data sources and automatically obtain the growth status and behavior data of the target dairy goat,which is of great value and practical significance for the behavior research,disease prevention and fine breeding of dairy goat.The key to fine breeding is to realize the continuous,stable and real-time acquisition of the motion data of the target dairy goat.To this end,this paper intends to design and develop a dairy goat motion data acquisition system based on ZigBee.The terminal acquisition node obtains the motion information and body surface temperature information of dairy goats by means of motion sensors and temperature sensors.The appropriate data communication path is selected by the routing node to forward the collected data to the coordinator node.After the coordinator node receives the data,the data is preliminarily processed,and then the serial port is uploaded to the PC to realize the display and storage of data,so as to realize the collection of specific dairy goat motion behavior information data,and then provide data basis for automatic classification and monitoring of dairy goat behavior.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows :(1)The overall scheme design of dairy goat motion information acquisition system.Through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used wireless communication technology and power consumption,the acquisition scheme suitable for dairy goat motion information is determined.ZigBee wireless sensor network technology to complete the formation of wireless sensor networks and data collection,forwarding,upload.(2)Hardware design of dairy goat motion information acquisition system.The terminal data acquisition node,routing node and coordinator node in the dairy goat motion information acquisition system are designed and developed.The key devices are selected according to the principle of low power consumption and functional requirements in the whole hardware selection.At the same time,they are designed according to the idea of modularization,namely,the minimum system of CC2530,photoelectric indicator circuit,USB to serial port circuit,sensor interface circuit,display interface circuit and battery voltage measurement circuit.Finally,the whole hardware circuit is welded and tested.(3)Software system design and routing algorithm optimization.On the basis of low power hardware,the software system configures Z-Stack power consumption,and then designs and implements the driver,terminal node program,routing node program,coordinator node program and host computer program of related modules based on Z-Stack.At the same time,the LEACH routing algorithm is optimized and simulated.Finally,the terminal node collects relevant information through the sensor,and selects the appropriate path to forward the information to the coordinator through the routing node.The coordinator sends the aggregation information to the host computer through the USB to serial port.The host computer completes the data storage,display and dynamic curve drawing.(4)System overall test.After completing the hardware and software design and development,the developed dairy goat motion information acquisition system based on ZigBee was tested as a whole.The test results show that the network establishment,node joining,data transceiver,transmission reliability,real-time and low power consumption meet the expected goals,which provides technical support for further real-time automatic acquisition of target dairy goat behavior data.
