In view of the industrial field data collection using the most direct display of electronic instruments,and the choice of sensor without wireless communication capabilities,the connection between the devices cause maintenance difficulties,higher cost,this paper proposes merging ZigBee technology and wireless sensor technology,design an offline data collection system in order to improve access to the industrial field parameter information.In this paper,ZigBee technology and wireless sensor networks based on the design of off-line data acquisition system to meet most of the industrial field information collection requirements.The system in a variety of sensors,wireless sensor module and low power MCU,based on various parameters of the collected information is transmitted and stored variables used to develop a variety of industrial and scientific decision-making,increase the level of automation of industrial site and intelligence,to a certain extent,can improve production efficiency,improve product qualified rate,increase market competitiveness.At the same time,the data acquisition system should also have a low-cost,low-power characteristics of the data collection and transmission to be accurate and reliable,but requires a system operation can not be too complicated,with a data dump module,easy for users to access data.Off-line data acquisition system with RF module CC2530 as the core of RF modules,radio frequency chip CC2591 to increase the main control chip communication distance between nodes using the system developed by Texas Instruments MSP430F5438 function with low power consumption,temperature,sensor DS18B20 sensor with low power consumption and strong anti-jamming capability,the use of embedded modules USB118AD as data transfer memory module in the hardware circuit to build a good foundation,using Ansoft HFSS software for design and simulation of the antenna to make it work in the 2.4GHz frequency.Design simple PC software to build a good hardware circuit based on the real-time display the main PC data acquisition and control functions of the system is simple.Finally,in a laboratory environment test basic functionality of the off-line data acquisition system,including the group network communication between nodes in a lab environment temperature acquisition,data display and transmission,data transfer,storage and PC real-time display and other functions,Also verify that the planar inverted-F antenna communications and data transmission distance.
