With the development of the modern technology, wireless communicationtechnique is increasingly being used in various fields for its advantages. The use of thesystem which consists of wired sensor networks needs a large number of wiring whichcosts a lot. Whats more, wiring cannot be done in rugged environment. As a result, thiskind of system no longer meets the needs nowadays.Wireless sensor networks canmake up the shortages of wired one. The wireless sensor networks which based onZigBee technology, could meet the requirements of many fields. Consequently, thispaper is basing on the in-depth study of the theory ZigBee technology. It analyzed eachlayers protocol in ZigBee in details, proposed that system node can use wirelessnetwork to build net and transmit data.First, this paper analyzed the current situation of wireless sensor network both inhome and abroad. It introduced the criteria of the ZigBee technology in detail, andstudied the structure of ZigBee protocol. The function of each layer model was alsoillustrated in this part. The first part provides the theoretical basis for the latter designof the whole system.Second, according to the requirement of the ZigBee technology for operatingfrequency bands, the note adopted2.4GHz radio frequency chip to achieve wirelesscommunication. As for the design of the hardware, this paper took the CC2530chip ofcompany TI as the core of the wireless communication note. It also took thetemperature sensor, photosensitive sensor, and serial interface as the main peripheralinterface devices, which constructed the hardware of the data collection system forwireless network.Third, based on the elaborate analysis of the structure and function of eachcommunication protocol layer for the achievement of ZigBee protocol standard, thispaper transplanted and modified Z-Stack code, and completed the networking and datacollection model program of the terminal node network structure for networkcoordinator and transducer. Last, through the theoretical analysis and the achievement of hardware node andsoftware, this paper designed the wireless sensor network data transmission systemwhich based on the ZigBee technology. It also fulfilled the test for the networkbuilding and the data collection through experiments, the feasibility of which has beenproved in the last part.
