With the rapid development of science and technology, security systems andmechanisms of coal enterprise is also gradually perfect. The coal mineenvironment is extremely special special complex, at the same time, with thedepth of coal mining, strength and increasing and expanding of the scale, makemine risk coefficient is also increasing. Has always been our country coal mineaccident frequency is high, the underground workers caused heavy casualties andeconomic loss. Since security monitoring system in the coal mining enterprises isbecoming more and more old, has been difficult to apply to meet ourrequirements. ZigBee technology was applied to coal mine safety monitoring,will effectively grasp the dynamic distribution of underground work personneland underground environmental factors, after the accident can be timely rescue ofthe underground workers, would reduce casualties and economic losses to theminimum.Downhole information acquisition system based on ZigBee technology inthis article, from the safety of underground workers, the function of this systeminclude: the underground personnel real-time location tracking, can also conductidentification and safety warning, etc. For underground workers andenvironmental conditions for effective monitoring and management. This projectof ZigBee network technology and the protocol standard carried on the thoroughanalysis, ZigBee technology with low cost can be a large number of installation,small volume, easy to carry, low power consumption, easy application, ad-hocnetwork for a long time, etc. Meanwhile ZigBee technology has a perfectprotocol standard, and has good performance and compatibility, thus thefeasibility of ZigBee technology applied in the coal mine and advantage.Paper introduces the function of the system equipment, system in thehardware part adopts the module design method, including the ZigBee module based on CC2530, ZigBee router, locating substation, terminal mobile devicesand optical fiber transmission interface circuit design. Analyzed the undergroundspecial working environment and the characteristics of the mine personnelpositioning algorithm, at the end of the paper USES the algorithm is based onRSSI (signal strength) of centroid localization algorithm, combined with atrilateral range of underground personnel real-time positioning. The software partof the system using IAR EW as platform, by TI company Z-Stack based protocolStack, design of the working process of the positioning system using Z-Locationpositioning monitoring software testing system. Finally complete the system inthe actual application.Mine personnel information collection system based on ZigBee has accuratepositioning, simple structure, easy installation, low cost, convenient to a lot ofadvantages, such as installation, has important application value in society.
